Just had my first experience with Discount Tires. I cannot be more impressed and satisfied. I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment online. I took about two steps into the sales floor and they called my name. The First Gentleman took my keys and told me I still need to check in at the desk. Very friendly, kind and well spoken. The gentleman who checked me in was equally friendly, kind and well spoken. While I waited, I watched. All the personal were clean, well spoken, kind and very knowledgeable. Every customer was treated with respect. My car was ready in about 15 minutes. That place was busy and everything was flowing perfectly. In this crazy time of shortages of staff and people who want to work, I found an island of paradise! I will be back!!!

That has to be one of the most efficient operations I've experienced in quite some time. Especially in the automotive repair industry. Shane was tremendous. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. From the emails with complete and thorough information to auto populating my calendar. Clear and concise communication. The website was easy to navigate with the prompts being very helpful. I will highly recommend Discount Tire to everyone.

I went there for a flat tire and ended up buying 2 new tires, at good deals. Front customer service was exceptional to the dot! Very friendly, helpful and detailed. They changed my 2 rear tires in less than an hour! I was really happy about that. The reason I didn't give them the 5th star, was they didn't try and figure out how to store my spare tire in its place.

Wow! These guys are fast! They put on 4 new tires in about 25 minutes while the shop was busy! Andre was super friendly and professional. Only complaint is 2/4 of my hubcaps were not secured back onto the rim properly but I took care of that right away. Keep up the good work guys!

I had an appointment for a Saturday. I was 5 minutes late and there was a line for the front desk moving rather slowly, because each customer was receiving the attention necessary to their situation. Still I was in and out SO FAST that we couldn't believe it! The service was, as always, top notch. Everything about Discount Tire, regardless of which location, is perfect customer service in action. I can't recommend them enough.

To be honest this is the second time I've been to them in the last year. And I will have to say they're just getting better each time. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for all four tires to be changed, and not only was it the best deal in town, but they had her in and out quicker than I have ever seen. It couldn't have been more then 20-25 minutes, and I was out the door with all new tires. I was so in disbelief I had to walk around the car and do a double take. I am so glad I continue to come here. I always walk out, and drive away happier than I came in. Thank you. Shaun

I've been to a few discount tires in MN and have never had a bad experience but i think this one was probably my favorite one to go to.The two gentlemen that helped me Shane and Chris were great. Shane helped me with setting up my appointment and explained differences between tires on which ones to go with plus as a female I felt like he didn't try to mansplain anything lol which was also a breath of fresh air. Chris was extremely friendly and bubbly which made the check out a breeze! Service was also surprisingly very quick considering they seemed pretty busy. Overall 10/10 would refer to friends/family!

Got 4 new tires installed today. They were super fast and professional with installing them. It took only about 25 minutes for the tech to put them on and everyone else there seemed to be getting the same quick service I did. They also have a super helpful tracker app that will tell you when they took your car into the shop, when it's ready for pickup, etc. I will definitely come back.

I had a very positive experience at Discount Tires during a stressful time. One tire in the back had a reading of 39 and the other one just 12. Even though it was a few minutes until they close I decided to call and see maybe they would answer and let me know if there is any chance they could wait until I get there. Shane answered the phone and reassured me that they would take care of me even though I’ll be a couple minutes late. As I got there and parked, Shane was already there at my side and the techs took the car back to fix the tire. Shane showed me that there was a nail stuck in the tire and explained that they would be able to patch the tire. They worked on the tire and were able to patch it up for no fee. I was so relieved, especially since I just got all 4 tires replaced a couple weeks before that due to a nail that time too and the tires were getting too worn out to patch at that time. The experience on Thursday made me feel so grateful and turned around my day from a busy and stressful day to a pleasant experience. They are great and am always willing to recommend them!

I knew I wanted snow tires this year, and I live nearby, so discount tire was my first stop. The staff was friendly and helpful when I picked out the tires, and when I came back for my appointment, they were so kind to everyone I saw them interact with. Service was very fast even though they were pretty busy. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was even surprised with a bit of a discount for their black Friday specials. I will definitely be back in the spring for summer wheels and tires. Update: Just got my summer rims and tires! They arrived a week earlier than the appointment I set for them. I got a voice-mail that they were in, so I went in the next day after work as a walk in customer. They took care of me right away. Shane was very kind, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. I asked how long it would take because I wanted to walk over to the grocery store. He estimated 45 minutes, I was back in about 15 from the grocery store and only waited about 5 more minutes for my car to be ready. Great service!! Almost wish I needed more tires now.
