Took car to this guy to fix radiator and hose. Told him radiator was loose and that the fan had sliced hose. Did nothing to secure radiator and put a zip tie on hose. Of corse the zip tie did not do anything. Charged me $350 for NOTHING Radiator came loose again and had another mechanic look. That is why I know what he did. I have used George's for years but will NEVER go back now that this guy owns it. Wouldn't send my ex there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to get a wheel bearing replaced. Only problem was they fixed the wrong wheel bearing!!! Said they couldnt figure out which bearing was bad without driving it? It was snowing bad at the time.... I get it i guess? 20 bucks they charged me? They didn't fix anything. Brought it back after the snow and they fixed the wrong bearing!!!! I already fixed that side about a year ago and told them that before he started working on it. So then thay charged me 350 bucks for it and told me sorry and to come back to fix the other side. I went right down road to another mechanic and only got charged 200. So unless you want to be overcharged for a repair you didn't need and want a mechanic that is capable of troubleshooting a simple wheel bearing I suggest going somewhere else.41 years old never been scammed by a machnic until this guy.

I was able to bring in my truck first thing in the morning when they opened. Within 10 minutes, I had a diagnostic and workable solution. The fast service and quick turn around meant that I was back on the road in no time flat! Would definitely recommend them to the neighborhood

Came in with a flat tire, they had a “new”/used tire mounted, balanced and installed in under 15 minutes for only $30! Did a great job, affordable and quick, what’s not to like? Would definitely recommend and return.

George's is not a fancy dealership garage. It's the neighborhood place that remembers who you are and the history of your car so they can keep it running for an economical price. Robb is the main mechanic and he will only fix what needs to be done. He'll tell you about other issues your car may have but he's not going to scam you with a big repair. If you have a hole in your tire he can fix it. Brakes and exhaust are in their wheelhouse too. If you want to stop in for a cup of coffee and talk about the weather and local news, George's is the place. I've done business with them for over twenty years and they are honest and capable.

I bought a 1995 Buick Regal GS from George in 2011 that was absolutely immaculate. Nothing was wrong with it. I got a fantastic vehicle for a very fair price. They took care of all the work it needed before they put it out for sale. I didn't have to do any work on it besides oil changes for the entire time I owned it. Anything they can possibly see that's wrong, they will fix before they put the vehicle on the market. I have seen them have engines rebuilt before selling, I've also seen them put in extensive body work before selling! If I hadn't wrecked my Buick by driving like a fool, I would still have it today. I miss that car. I believe I could count on George to sell me another great vehicle any time. He's been doing this a long time and I would trust him more than 90% of the people who work in the auto sales or service industry.

Purchased a car off of them 7 months ago owner claimed to have been driving this vehicle himself so I figured it was in really good condition. The tranny went out on the 7th month I took it back to them to get it repaired I first got an estimate after I had the tranny purchased and installed they called me up and said I owed them another hundred fifty for fluids in gaskets I argue that should have been included in the estimate paid the bill got in my van and could not leave the parking lot with it they didn't even test drive it. I dropped the car off with one problem and pick it up it had 5. It was squealing the brakes did not work it was pulling to one side and all the gauges on the dash were out. They said it rusted sitting here for 2 weeks. I took the vehicle to another mechanic he said the vehicle was junk when I bought it ended up having to replace everything except for the engine water pump and alternator . They sold me probably the worst vehicle I've ever purchased I was told by my mechanic that I'll be lucky to drive it for 6 more months and then I'll still have to junk it. Overall these people were deceptive rude and did not stand by their works.
