I don’t mind that the lobby was dirty and unkempt. I’m not even bothered by the fact that they failed to fulfill my order in whole when I received it—it’s easy enough to walk back up and tell them they missed something. The reason why I’m so frustrated with this experience is that we’re in a viral world, closing in on flu season and where health has become risky at best. To the point: after they failed to give me an order of chicken fingers, I watched the clerk pick them up with his naked fingers one at a time to box them. No tools, no gloves, and no washing his hands. God knows how many credit cards, cash orders, head scratches and other scratches he did before this. It’s filthy, and I’ll be damned if I ever return.

The only reason I gave one star, is because of the person who was preparing the food. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. I can understand that it was lunch rush around 1:30p. The drive-through took at least 4 orders before the register took my order. The manager looked at me 4 times and didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting to order. She and another employee was filling bags for drive-through orders with the drive through employee. The drive-through line wasn't that long. That is where the cook enters the picture. She had to tell the manager to take my order. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have given any star.

Store is dirty. (Well today it was) everyone behind the counter was confused about ONE persons ONE sandwich. He was visibly annoyed. I was the only one at the register waiting to place an order. I had to wait at least 3 minutes while 4 people tried to figure out what they did wrong to ONE sandwich. While standing there I noticed that the store was pretty dirty and there were at least 6 people working. Maybe 5 people in the lobby and no lines. I ordered my food and went to my car to grab my camera so I could take pictures of the store. When I returned (less than 60 seconds) my food was waiting on the counter. I took a picture of the shake machine mess, and when they saw me take a picture, they suddenly wanted to clean up, and were around the corner whispering about me. Got my food home, and sure enough it was old, not hot, and well, not good at all. My little pieces of pie were melted to the side of the container. Not sure if management changed at this store, or what happened, but they aren’t close to be what they were before. Think I’ll go to McDonald’s next time, after all it’s only a block away. The silver stained thing you see in the picture is the front of their tea urn. Who would want to drink tea from that? Update: I don’t know why I continue to occasionally go to this place for something to eat. Today the manager at the drive thru was just RUDE. He cut me off 3 times while I placed my order. Was curt and just not nice at all. When I got to the window and tried to speak to him, he said “I am not rude, it’s called being short handed and trying to work”. I explained that I work in the industry too, and I get it, but still…. Then he cut me off and said I am not rude. I asked his name and he proudly announced to me that his name was Rich. Rich Johnson. What a totally rude and nasty experience. He made sure not to give me A receipt so I couldn’t do the survey, that they so proudly display at the speaker. This place is garbage. They need to do a reboot or close it down. I’ve had enough and won’t be back again.

Not sure if management changed at this store, or what happened, but they aren’t close to be what they were before. Think I’ll go to McDonald’s next time, after all it’s only a block away. The silver stained thing you see in the picture is the front of their tea urn. Who would want to drink tea from that? Update: I don’t know why I continue to occasionally go to this place for something to eat. Today the manager at the drive thru was just RUDE. He cut me off 3 times while I placed my order. Was curt and just not nice at all. When I got to the window and tried to speak to him, he said “I am not rude, it’s called being short handed and trying to work”. I explained that I work in the industry too, and I get it, but still…. Then he cut me off and said I am not rude. I asked his name and he proudly announced to me that his name was Rich. Rich Johnson. What a totally rude and nasty experience. He made sure not to give me A receipt so I couldn’t do the survey, that they so proudly display at the speaker. This place is garbage. They need to do a reboot or close it down. I’ve had enough and won’t be back again.
