I’m so sad :( Ordered a cheese quesadilla and I got unmelted cheese inside a tortilla. Cinnabon delights were rock hard and so dry they soaked up all the frosting inside lol. The employee at the window was nice though and the service was fast! Though it seems every time I come to this location something is super weird and messed up :’)

If i could id give a 0 they messed up on my order from drive threw and the food was awful, i will not return to this location! This wasnt the only time this location messed up so ill never go back to this location again!

Terrible! Ordered 6 taco Supreme and never received Supreme. $20 for 6 tacos? Called and spoke with the manager and he was supposed to mail out a certificate. Never received.

Waited in line for 20 min for 6 tacos and 2 cheese roll ups. At 11pm. At least the order was correct. And kid working was nice

Went through drive thru around 11:50pm on 4/13 and the man working the window was very nice and all of our food was fresh! Super nice because sometimes we get chulupas and the are hard (have to ask for fresh ones) but I did not have to tonight and had great customer service!!

I went into this Taco Bell at 10:35pm when online it says they close at midnight to get food for my family. I ordered 4 spicy potato soft taco's, a beef chalua, 2 five layer burrito's, 2 Mtn Dews and a 12 pack of Cinnamon Delights. The whole experience was horrible!! The standerd sauce that's supposed to be on spicy potato soft taco was missing on all 4 taco's, the chalupa had no tomatoes and barely any meat, literally not more than 3Tbsp. The 5 layer burrito's turned out to be "4 layer burrito's" because they had no sour cream and were cold, the Mtn Dew when originally given to me was out of syrup and instead of changing it they said I had to pick a new pop because they were closing soon", last but not least, the Cinnamon Delight's we're old, hard and cold. I even tried calling to complain within 10ish min from ordering the food to complain and the message on the phone said nobody was there to help me. I will be calling back in the morning!!

Been waiting in the Drive through for over 25 minutes with no movement. They must only have one employee because I watched an employee go out for a cigarette and the line started to move when they returned from break 🤣😂

Great staff food is always great and fresh tastes great but the staff always have technical issues but still try they're best there fryers are always down but they will still work with you to satisfy you

Come here a fair amount the staff is courteous and the food is always hot and fresh. This taco bell is much better than the other one in Blaine.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Seriously the average wait time is 15 minutes according to Google. Tonight they proved that to be correct. 2 tacos and 2 quesadillas took almost 20 minutes. Alexis W (according to the receipt) closed the window in our face after we asked for the reason for the wait. There are literally 3 Taco Bell’s in Blaine. This one should be the last resort! Go to the Northtown one. There’s never a wait and great employees. This one clearly hires the wrong type of employees and management. Icing on the cake- this is how nicely our food was packaged when we got home.
