Some would blame it on Covid, but I think I have always had a hit-or-miss experience with communications at Maynards. Usually because there is not any communication because it's impossible to find An actual person to have communication with! This was a miss, very frustrating.

I have pretty much stopped using Menards because I despise their continuous advertising campaign of 11 percent rebate by mail in only with an in-store only credit. In my humble opinion it's a crock of explicative.

Went to Blaine to buy $600 lawn mower as they had 2 in stock. They had 2, both display, but after a lengthy search they had no clue where battery or charger were. I asked if we could take battery/charger from something else that they had multiples of, such as a pressure washer and was told management would not allow that. So instead of making a sale and having a happy customer I walked away without the lawn mower and they still have 2 "for sale" lawnmowers with no battery or charger. Not great Blaine management.

Good place to find lumber. Unfortunately you need to find your lumber first, then get a sales order written, then go to the front of the store before you can bring a vehicle in to pick it up.

Went to the Blaine store today expecting to be frustrated as I needed to recreate plumbing under my new sink. I was fortunate enough to have asked for help from one of the most knowledgeable, impressive and responsive employees that I've ever met at a Menards ever. I think his name is Conner. He literally made my day so much better with his knowledge and hands on assistance that he provided. Give this guy a raise!

Went to Menards and got a display model sink because they were discontinued save $90 and plus I got to bring the other one back total savings of $150 they definitely do work with you keep your eye out for the discontinued displays get them cheap

This is a great store but they are always busy. The employees are very helpful and if they don't know the answer they know who to ask. One problem is that every time I come here I find something else I didn't know I needed.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. This time I got help cutting some blinds and help finding products to meet my needs. There is usually a wide selection of products and prices are always very competitive.
