This store is the worst! Started a backsplash in kitchen 2/2022, installed very bad. It has been a nightmare trying to get backsplash replaced. Finally got a good installer to take off bad job and replace, but employee does d not order enough tiles to complete. Store manager lied to me and said my 1 box was ordered Friday 8/5/22 only to find out it was not. You get nothing but lies from these people and incompetence. Now I may not have an installer to complete the job! He was called in from out off state and going home. I would not shop at any Lowes ever again . Do not use their installers. Now I need to contact Better Business Bureau to see what my next step is? This store is zero stars! Would not allow me to give zero

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Their return policy doesn't say what to do if the item is missing. They will not refund me despite them having the item in their possession. Called customer service and they hung up on me because I had a problem with them slandering other companies. Saying what Home Depot and Menards policy is vs theirs. They also don't state that you need to pick up a phonecall to get delivery. I've had 12 pallets delivered today and this is the only company that had to "call first". We have doorbells on our docking bays and haven't had a single issue with delivery until shopping with Lowes.

Ordered wood fence posts and needed attachment parts and bags of concrete. Was late being delivered but let that go sine many issues for everyone with delivery. Well ready to put fencing up. Got permit. Did flagging. People came to put up. The wood is cracked. Dog ears chipped uneven. Posts should be 8ft they are 4 ft. Attachment parts are for chain link fence. One bag of concrete ripped when delivered. Driver took picture. Concrete not usable. I had a person from Lowe's telling me what I needed for this fencing. I could not order on my own so put my faith they knew what doing. Obviously not true. Last week called Lowe's and they said they would be picking up everything today. I have tried calling 4 times. Each time was routed to different departments and disconnected. It is 5pm...still not picked up. Can't speK to anyone that knows anything. Normally have had good experiences with Lowe's. This is nightmare. Want my refund and want pieces picked up. Too much to ask???

I live about a mile away from this store and drive past it on my way to Menards and Home Depot which are considerably further to buy anything related to home improvement projects. The costumer service is abysmal and what they do stock is more expensive than the other two stores I mentioned.

I had two awful experiences with Lowe's in a single week. I will never buy anything from Lowe's ever again. First, I ordered a new oven from this Lowe's location. It was delivered without incident, but I had also paid for haulaway service for my old oven, which they did not provide, claiming their truck was full at the time of delivery (how is that even possible given they just emptied out part of the truck by dropping off a new oven??). After calling the store, a customer service agent attempted to transfer my call to their delivery manager. The deliver manager did not pick up, and the soonest the customer service agent could schedule haulaway service was a week later. I then called the national customer service line to see if any other arrangements for haulaway could be made, and they told me they would contact the delivery manager at the Blaine store to see what could be done. I never heard back. So now I have a non-functional oven sitting in my kitchen for the next week that I already paid to be hauled away days ago. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. The real problem arose with my second order. I had also around the same time, purchased floor tiles from this same location. After I received a confirmation of a delivery date, I contacted a flooring contractor to install the new tile the following day. On the day of the supposed delivery, I had not heard anything, which worried me. I looked up the ordered confirmation email and used my confirmation number from on the Lowe's website to double-check I had everything right, but the website said it could not find my order. After waiting 30 minutes on hold for a customer service agent, I was informed that my order had been canceled "internally." Not only did they not inform me of this cancelation when they did it, but I had already made plans and paid a deposit to a flooring contractor to install flooring that I don't have. So now I'm out hundreds of dollars for a deposit as a result of Lowe's arbitrary cancelation decision. The customer service agent could not tell me why the order was canceled, who canceled it, or why I was not informed of the decision when I still could have made alternative arrangements to buy different flooring. I was only notified of the cancelation once it did not show up and I made the proactive decision to find out what was happening. And, of course, the soonest they could reschedule delivery was a week after my contractor appointment, which doesn't do me a whole lot of good. The only thing the customer service agent could offer me was a coupon for a 10% discount if I agreed to spend more money at this awful company. At this, I can only laugh, as if I will ever buy anything from them ever again. Insulting and infuriating. Don't make the same mistake I did by counting on this store to provide you with the services you pay for. Their store is terrible and their customer service is even worse.

My 80 year old father needed to buy a new bathroom fixture in order to help with some new health problems. He served 20 years in the United States military, and called to confirm he’d be eligible to receive the 10% discount. He was told yes. However, upon checkout at the store he was told they weren’t allowed to apply the military discount because product was “at the lowest price it can go.” However, Home Depot depot honors that lowest price and will also apply the military discount. Lowe’s would not match that price. Way to support the troops and disabled veterans Lowe’s!

The store on Ulysses used to be nice but those days are over. No salesperson in paint department at 6pm; not even after they called for help three times within 20 minutes. All the store feels empty; cashiers and buyers only. No help at any desk. After they called manager she took another 15 minutes to show up; was rude and gave me her queen attitude. I walked out without paint and lost 45 minutes to noting. Is Lowe's gonna pay me for my time or they just don't need clients?

Worst door purchasing experience of my life. First they put a hold on our credit card for over a month of $30k for a $6k door because they charged it for the door multiple times, we had to spend weeks calling/emailing different people at Lowes to get the hold removed. Now, outside of trying to get our card holds removed we've had absolutely no communication from them on when the door was supposed to be installed or where it was at, the original installation date came and passed without any communication as well. I don't expect to be given a day by day play of the door but honestly if you're going to delay installation a heads up would be nice. We ordered the door in November and it was supposed to be installed in February, but it ended up finally arriving at the end of the month, which we learned after calling to inquire where the door was, and has been sitting in that warehouse for a month waiting for installation, I called them about it and they had apparently scheduled an installation date without telling us for this week. Now they are delivering the door a day before the supposed installation date, but since they never called to confirm any of this with us what they didn't know is we have no garage or place to store it in, the installers are mad at us because it could get damaged sitting outside. Which, if they would have asked us about, we could have had them schedule same day delivery with install. I'm giving this store two stars because other departments have been pretty decent, except installing the exact type of carpet we requested to not have on our stairs, we wanted very dense, short pilled carpet, they gave us dense and extremely plush carpet, so that's fun. We have a few more carpet installations we had planned through them but after this I am just going to cancel and switch to Home Depot, I really REALLY want to like Lowes but consistently they disappoint and the run arounds you get from their installation team is insane, you'd be better off hiring a general contractor just to deal with them if you value your time.

The "floor supervisor" Austin was combative, dismissive, condescending, insultive, rude and also acted as if paying costumers concerns were not important or needed to be addressed, on the other hand Jacob the manager was attentive and did address our concerns and explained how the store does certain things, this is all Austin had to do. Overall I felt that Austin does not care about the continued success of his employer and in today's day and age I truly believe that is something that is totally unacceptable and not how business is done...

I shopped online for an EGO Lawnmower and set it up for curbside delivery. Worked great, super easy. And the guy who brought it out was really nice and helped me figure out how to get this bigger-that-expected package into my sedan!
