Terrible experience. I went inside to dine in. The employee ask to take order as soon S i walked up to counter. I politely ask to give us a minute and he responded in a nice fashion ok. About one minute later I told the employee I was ready. He ignored us for the next 6-8 minutes all the while taking and filling two drive through orders. I finally left and went to Bojangles. Do not waste you time at this mismanaged restaurant.

Ordered a 12-piece got a 10-piece and took forever chicken was Tiny. I guess the Popeyes inside the perimeter has spoiled me because I will not be eating at Popeye's in Cedartown anymore. You want to get the good Popeyes go to the one off of Boulevard and pasta Leon. If you want good Popeyes go to the one off of Memorial in Decatur but by all means do not stop at the one in Cedartown

Chicken had no flavor and they got the order wrong despite no one else being in line on the inside or on the drive through.

Ive been here several times. Every time I ask for spicy chicken, they give me regular(non-spicy) chicken.

Expensive and they are most of the time sold out of the spicy chicken sandwich but it is good everything there....

Idk what all the fuss is about but this location is really coming around. You guys should really give them another chance. The blackened tenders are amazing. The staff is always super friendly. Will the general manager is always helpful. It sucks that they seem to always be short staffed. There's usually only 2 or 3 employees working at a time. And the young lady Janeira is sweet and I always get my order quick fast and in a hurry.

Ordered on line, drove 15 miles to pick up. Order wasn't ready and recieved half the bisquits we were supposed to get. Will go to Breman next time, same distance.

Ordered inside hoping to get better service in person verses intercom. While my husband was ordering, I noticed that the chicken was on the heat rack, that was not a good sign. He ordered Cajun style chicken..got home..and it was regular. This might not seem like a big deal however; considering all the times we have are there, it was just another reminder of why we have stopped! You don't have to wait long at all for service, there's hardly any business there! Popeye's could have made it so good here in Cedartown if things were run right! Sorry, you ask!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I always stop by before lunch to get a spicy combo but when I went to this location on June 2nd, to get a 3 piece spicy combo, they said it would take 13 minutes to drop. I said I would run some errands and be back in 13 minutes. When I came back in 13 minutes they said they did not drop it and that I needed to get out of line cause they had other customers. I called corporate.

I have gone to this location twice in two weeks and they aren't prepared to open to sell food. Last week they had nothing on menu to serve and it would be up to an hour wait, at 11:15 am. Today they didn't have the chicken sandwich because "the truck came late last night" and the chicken for their "famous" chicken sandwiches was not thawed out to cook and serve. Won't be going back there, I only have so long for lunch and shouldn't have to wait for food to thaw out anytime. I could see one time but 2 times in 2 weeks. Wow!
