Well me and my son Terry ordered on line,we got 4 pizzas, 2 of them was supposed to have stuffed crust but only 1 had stuffed crust we paid the extra $3 each for the stuffed crust. Very disappointed when got home with family waiting.

I have never paid 35. O0 plus 5:00 tip for this pizza ! No cheese it is nasty ! No wonder I dont ordered from you !! This is not the first time! Sad experience you ! Never again

Manager ostensibly held an order for 25 minutes with no customer contact. The reality was that they were trying to combine orders. Leaving food under the warming lamps for 25 minutes to send it with another order is unacceptable in the industry, lying to the customer about it is even worse.

Called Papa Johns explaining to them that we were part of a search team looking for a missing elderly woman. They donated us the pizzas to feed the volunteers that were out looking. They are so very kind! We will be using them again for our church functions as well.

I do takeout because I'm out of the delivery area. Every time I have picked up my order, the employees have always greeted me in a friendly and courteous matter. The pizza is good too!

I love Papa John's pizza! The cheese, sauce, and toppings taste so much better than the other pizza places 😋 The food is always hot & delicious. I'm a big fan of the garlic dipping sauce 😋 The only problem I had yesterday was, I ordered 2 large pizzas & 2 extra garlic sauces. I was charged for the extra sauces, but they weren't in the boxes when I got home 😞 I wanted the extra sauces so that my family (4 of us) could each have one. It was only 50¢, not worth a trip back, but disappointing. I'll still go back, I'll just check the boxes before I leave next time.

I've never had a problem with the drivers or the delivery times. The issue that is large enough to reduce this to 2 stars is the food and preparation. It has nose-dived down hill in the last few months. The pizzas are never cooked right, always too done or not done enough, the order is always messed up (last 3 pizzas I ordered all came wrong), etc.
