Rude and very unprofessional, asked questions to the ginger guy at front desk almost acted like you were bothering him, asked to get measurements on something and he said he doesn't have a tape, Really??? How do you install car systems without measuring to fit areas. Maybe find a job that you don't have to deal with the public man. Stay away from this place unless you like unprofessional service. Infinity mobile a few minutes up the road more friendly and not unprofessional to its customers.

Very friendly staff and definitely knew what they were doing. Price was pretty cheap all things considered and they aren't plagued like best buy getting backed up with car starter installs. They were able to get me in well before BestBuy. Highly recommend these guys.

I made a car starter installation appointment 4 days ago. I show up to my appointment this morning and only half of the stuff is available for install. I told them to call me later when the rest shows up, and we'll schedule another install then. They didn't want to do that, they wanted to start installing the half they had right now. No way, all or nothing. I don't want anybody tearing into my car with only half the merchandise available, are you guys nuts? I ended up leaving and found it cheaper elsewhere. BM needs to work on their customer service.

Was a little turned off by the bad reviews on Google but they were the only ones that could fit me in before I moved across the country and I'm glad they did. I needed a new head unit and data link installed in my new Jeep and they fit me in pretty last minute and did a great job and did it very quickly (just under an hour) and they did it for way less than the other guys offered to. Best Buy was $250, Infinite Mobility was $170 and they did it at Boomer for $82. Quick, professional, affordable and I got what I wanted. Can't ask for much more than that.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Expert equipment, vehicle model, and installation knowledge make this shop my go to for any automotive stereo needs. The selection, availability, and pricing of their equipment is on par (with better sale prices) with that of other, similar businesses in the area. Certainly, if you provide the gear, they could install it, but your really ng on the manufacturer's warranty if it doesn't work. Bottom line is their pricing is fair for the work they do, and they are experts in doing it. Other reviewers may suggest otherwise, but I have years of experience with electronics, radio, antennas, and cars and I'd trust any of my vehicles to these gentlemen.

Having a wiring issue with a sub woofer they over charged me for and installed into the car. Told me they were booked out for about a month and couldn't take a look at it or repair it until then. They don't charge to fix wiring issues if it was their mistake in the wiring. My guess they didn't want to deal with it knowing they most likely wouldn't be able to charge me for the repair.

This is by far my worst experience ever, Yesterday I paid to get my radio installed in my car plus additional labor fee for rear camera installation, and I also asked the boomers employees to add a front cam and they lied telling me my radio was not compatible, now my dash keeps falling off the wires are all over the place, my usb doesn’t work and I’m afraid this might cause my car to have other issues if this is not fixed, so I called the store in Clifton Park where the owner of the company usually works, and the answer they gave me was that I should talk to the Queensbury store about my problems and that they’re busy and when they’re free, they’ll see if they could do something, meanwhile I’m driving a car with wires hanging in a very unsafe situation, because of the service they provided. I have small children that are in harms way if I put them in my car. Wires hanging loosely can spark at anytime. Worst service ever, I should have gone to Best Buy like my wife told me too. Maybe the other installers do better work then the one I delt with, but the professional aspect of this company is by far the worst I’ve come across in this state. Do not go here

Their products are good and the install is decent but they use cheap wires when installing. Had a 2000 watt amp put in the required a 4gague wire at least and they put a small walmart style 8 in it. Now the entire system is underpowered
