We were able to book an appointment for a Saturday online to get a check engine light looked at. The gentleman was very courteous and ran the code then came to explain the particulars. It was a diesel emissions filter thing which was a soft code that wasn't immediately harmful to the car. The fella reset the code for us and sent us on our way, free of charge. Just wanted to share an experience I had at this store. I needed to get new phones for my family and put if off for months because I absolutely HATE getting new phones, it is such a painful experience, like buying a car! Just a long drawn out process. But to my very pleasant surprise our salesperson, Elizabeth made this such a GREAT experience. It was really so refreshing to have a salesperson who knew about the products and was pleasant, helpful and fun! We were in and out in record time and really ENJOYED it! I was shocked myself..... Once you get to know what they have and need it is a great place. From lawnmower belts to cat food for a fussy cat. Fencing for a garden or large water tanks for spraying for mosquitos. It is the Coleman dirt bike that keeps calling to me that I need to resist. ~Quarry

Its been over a year since I ordered the pro boxes, they just keep telling me it's not there problem even the number they have you call. DO NOT get the pro boxes, you will only be buying one. The 2nd box will NOT come and they have your money so they care 0%. ~anthony

Slowest customer service on the planet. The reps are like snails. What a waste of my life sitting in here for a simple router swap out. I came in at 10:30 am and was 8 th on the list. 38 minutes later I’m 10 th on the list. All you can do is laugh at the incompetence. They need better systems in place to give faster service ~Fred
