I had a great experience here getting my replacement phone. David was friendly and made sure my new phone was set up with all of my data transferred, and while doing this we started talking about internet issues we were having. During this trip he also saw what kind of modem we had, that it was outdated and set me up with a new one. Our internet now has no issues and is even faster! If you dont want to wait, make an appointment! They are short staffed and some things (like what I needed) can take some time, especially with the quality service like I received with David.

My appointment was at 4 PM I wasn't called to see see an assistant until 5:07 PM all the people there were getting new phones and their older phones were locked by the different service provider there was nobody there that was attending to people with equipment returns and/or equipment swaps I suggest to meet all your customers services you have a fast track line for returning equipment and an equipment exchanges As much as you all don't like to waste time neither do your customers

Slowest customer service on the planet. The reps are like snails. What a waste of my life sitting in here for a simple router swap out. I came in at 10:30 am and was 8 th on the list. 38 minutes later I’m 10 th on the list. All you can do is laugh at the incompetence. They need better systems in place to give faster service

The customer service was horrendous and some of the representatives were quite rude and inattentive!!! There was an elderly couple trying to sign in using the iPad and just weren't familiar with how to use it... One of the employees actually screamed at them and another made NO attempt to assist them (my husband and I offered to help and got them through it). Furthermore, there were about 13-14 customers waiting to be helped with 6 employees working at the time. As we waited to be helped, one by one, the employees started going into the back room and didn't return for at least 15-20 minutes, eventually leaving one single employee to assist a dozen people waiting!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND going there!!

The workers there were very helpful but I believe you need more staff and possibly a drop off box for equipment returns but otherwise it was fine.

First time... Well over an hours and quarter wait to pick up equipment.....Only three techs on during Saturday afternoon...One tech was clearly having trouble processing an order which meant that another tech had to help him....felt sorry for those customers because they came in before me and left about 5min before I left ....Some other people in store either left or were getting frustrated ...me I just felt like a darn iceberg ..its not 109 degrees out .turn down the AC If anything is hot in the store its not the techs its the customers building up steam ....I did mention the wait times were unacceptable and one of the replies was that they were short handed and maybe people should fill out applications...Hope that wasn't directed at me ...the cheek of it at a disabled senior citizen.....Just before I left then after getting served a miracle all of sudden an extra person 4 techs....Really....uummm let's see how this service goes ....wondering what I got myself into

The service was ok just wish the waiting time was shorter but it is a beautiful place. Customer service was good but wish they would ask if you want more stuff everytime you go there.

Good people working there. You don't want to go there without an appointment or you're going to wait 2 to 3 hours.. they never have enough people working there to accommodate those people that walk in.

The lady that waited on me (her name is Jennette) was so nice and very helpful. She showed me things that I didn't know I should do to keep my phone running properly. I was having a problem being able to send pictures to my family and friends and she showed me why and then solved that problem. It was so nice to go into a place of business and actually have someone so nice and so knowledgeable to help me. Thank you for your help Jennette!
