I went in on Saturday morning. Both Leo and Holly were EXTREMELY friendly, informative and helpful. Solved my problem in 20 minutes ! Update : because of trouble staying connected to the network, I went through 3 phones in 7 months ! Steven and Holly worked EXTREMELY hard to help me. Unfortunately, the rest of the enterprise is a disaster. If it takes 10- 15 minutes to boot up the computers, why aren't they started BEFORE the store opens at 10 00 am ? The manager, Diane, does NOT know how to work the system and constantly needs to interrupt an associate for help. The self serve kiosk was not working the past 3 times I went to that location. That means that customers had to wait an inordinate amount of time just to give Spectrum money !!. If I have further problems I will switch carriers . Thank you Holly and Steven for your assistance over the 6 months I worked to alleviate my problem
