The store is fine. Anne is consistently rude. This is my closest store but I will drive to Cary to avoid her.

Went to buy an item for our beach trip, they were out of the beach wagon, until one of the workers went out of their way to go get one she put aside for her family and gave it to us. What a beautiful person. Thanks for your help, and thank you for being the greatest. God Bless you,

Donot go to this store! Customer service was very very rude and I felt discriminated here. It's a sad day when a person of color discriminates against a person of color. What has the world come to..I decided to show love in the face of hate and wished the customer service rep to have a blessed day. Bed bath and beyond management needs to have training programs to teach their employees on not to discriminate.

This is a really good Bed Bath and Beyond. I've shopped here a lot and I always find what I need, the store is well organized and clean and it's a comfortable place to shop. Also, lots of easy parking because the parking lot is huge.

Cashier was black lady and very rude. One of the items we bought was with discount $14 from 20 but she insisted that it was 20 and refused to call the manager by saying there was a line. Later when we returned, it was found out that the item was $14. Our initial purchase was big and we didn’t pay attention to the receipt. The customer service by this cashier was horrible!!

Visit was great, store closed within 10 minutes of my visit (I'm so sorry for not checking) but employees very kindly pointed me to the humidifier I needed. My cashier Anne in particular was really cool and made my visit delightful.

Couldn't find an item in the store so got in line and finally asked a cashier to help find the item for me. She immediately called mgr on walkie talkie and mgr delivered the item to the cash within minutes. Great service especially during busy Xmas period 😃. Thanks BB&B

EDIT: So far I've been pleasantly surprised with their level of customer service. Both the customer service reps were extremely helpful and made sure we got The most out of our budget! They took extra time to get us maximum refunds for returns and help us get deals. They even when as far as adding their own personal coupons for us to take off five more dollars!! I really liked the personal interaction, an art lost in today's society. I will definitely shop here again, as it's already one of my favorite stores. The store seems well stocked and contains most popular items they sell. Not the largest location but a good place to get an idea for what to register for your wedding!
