This is one of the most organized Forever 21s I’ve been into. I was shocked at how large the selection was for womenswear. There was a decent amount of mens clothing, too. There weren’t as many shoes as I would’ve expected for this size of a store because it’s 2 floors and wide. There was a good amount of accessories downstairs and more checkout items upstairs, too. There’s one set of fitting rooms downstairs and quite a few fitting rooms in that area. They have a standard 10 item limit for try-ons. The staff are friendly and offer assistance if you would like. It seemed like there were a lot of size small items and not many medium/large, but I’m not sure if that was just for the items I was looking at. That has been my experience at most Forever 21 locations, too. The purses were very scattered throughout the store. They went along with the clothes in the area they were in, but that would be a bit annoying if you were looking specifically for purses. The sale section was the most organized that I’ve ever seen. It was very impressive. I would definitely come back!

Well I and my Cousin went in today. She wears a size 18 and the lady said "we don't have anything here for you" and I said "where is your plus sized section" and we were told they got rid of it cause it didn't sale. Well for one maybe if you didn't knock up the prices on plus sized clothes then you would sale them more and if you guys sold decent looking clothes in plus sizes. I am a size 12 which is an XL and I asked if they had a pair of pants in an XL and was told "no that's plus size and we don't carry that here" they told us to go to Crabtree cause they have a plus sized section. It felt very rude and unhelpful. I saw they had XL stuff in the men's section as I was looking at a shirt for my boyfriend .. so bigger guys can buy clothes there but not women? This Forever 21 will not be getting our business.

worst customer service ever. when I got a handbag with them , without giving me a choice the person behind the counter said the receipt is send to email, because there was a huge line behind me , I let it go. but I never got the email with receipt. now just a week later, when I went back to return , they said they need the receipt, even after mentioning that I never got the email, but have the card that used and tags are still intact.. just nothing from the lady behind the counter who is apparently manager. if there are incompetent to send the receipt to right email id and receipt is mandatory for them to return, don't have the feature like other high end stores, where they send receipt to email , but can also track using the card if we never receive email.. why should customer suffer for they incompetence ?

Cute clothes but cheaply made. Bought a basic T-shirt for work and it’s see through, very thin material and feels cheap. Didn’t notice at the store since I was in a hurry. The cashier was a little rude. Didn’t greet or smile. She threw my receipt in the bag rudely and pretty much tossed the bag at me. The receipt was still sticking out of the bag since she was sloppy. I’m not sure what I did to cause her to treat me that way, I was nice and respectful to her.

I went there about 3 days ago to get an outfit for my birthday photoshoot and the thing was their outfits were a bit pricey to just get one or two outfits. I wear one of the smallest sizes in the store and my shirt was a little over 30 dollars and of I am correct it was the discount result price!! I don't regret having it now bit I do wish they had more reasonable prices for their clothing.

Decent selection, great customer service (always), but quality of cloth is poor. Size are completely random, sometimes they run large, sometimes small. Do not recommending getting anything online, you are better off buying lottery with that money.

Has nice clothing for the most part, MOST of the time the staff is friendly, but I do wish the clothes were cheaper? It's almost 30 dollars for a simple small shirt. However if you have more money to spend, I guess you could have a blast shopping here!

The managers at this store are awesome. I bought almost $200 worth of jeans last Friday and either the cashier didn’t give me the receipt or I misplaced it but either way I called yesterday and spoke with a manager Nicole and bc I live out of town she told I could come then or today and she would take care of my return and she did just that. I love exceptionally great customer service and this experience was just that. Also spoke with the next shift manager Beverly yesterday in case I didn’t make it there by the end of Nicole’s shift and she was just as great. Even tho I live about 40 minutes away I will continue to return to this store.

I love forever 21 but this one isn't the best one. It's a nice size but the selections are minimal. There is a very small men's section as well as a small kids section downstairs. There are registers on both floors but they NEVER make use of both. No matter how long the line gets downstairs. I love the location but I would love for a little more cleanliness of the store. I love the staff. Great and always helpful.
