Best womens clothing store in Durham, North Carolina (NC) 2024

This is one of the most organized Forever 21s I’ve been into. I was shocked at how large the selection was for womenswear. There was a decent amount of mens clothing, too. There weren’t as many shoes as I would’ve expected for this size of a store because it’s 2 floors and wide. There was a good amount of accessories downstairs and more checkout items upstairs, too. There’s one set of fitting rooms downstairs and quite a few fitting rooms in that area. They have a standard 10 item limit for try-ons. The staff are friendly and offer assistance if you would like. It seemed like there were a lot of size small items and not many medium/large, but I’m not sure if that was just for the items I was looking at. That has been my experience at most Forever 21 locations, too. The purses were very scattered throughout the store. They went along with the clothes in the area they were in, but that would be a bit annoying if you were looking specifically for purses. The sale section was the most organized that I’ve ever seen. It was very impressive. I would definitely come back! ~Lexy

Picked up adorable pair of ghost lucite earrings. They always have the cutest things. Great place for a quick unique gift. One of my favorite stores. ~Elizabeth

The Clothes are great, the lay out is perfect. Most of the employees are Awesome with exception of 2 employees one in particular the Tall, Skinny, Black girl ( im a black girl) I'm only stating hey physical attributes because I didn't get her name. Hopefully someone from the store will see this and correct the behavior. I've been to the story on several occasions and experienced rude behavior. Where's the customer service? I never write reviews but if I'm standing in line waiting to pick up a order and you clearly see me and turn your head and pretend to do something else so that you don't have to help me then you clearly need to a course in costumer service. Loft managers at this location please speak to your employees!!! ~J
