Love Loft. I always try to go by one if there is one in the town I'm visiting. Sales representative was very friendly and courteous.

One of the worst Loft stores to have an order online pick up in store order placed. After five hours of waiting, order not filled because it drops off the system. This is unprofessional and lazy of store employees. Other busier stores fulfill orders within the two hours or less allotted

The Clothes are great, the lay out is perfect. Most of the employees are Awesome with exception of 2 employees one in particular the Tall, Skinny, Black girl ( im a black girl) I'm only stating hey physical attributes because I didn't get her name. Hopefully someone from the store will see this and correct the behavior. I've been to the story on several occasions and experienced rude behavior. Where's the customer service? I never write reviews but if I'm standing in line waiting to pick up a order and you clearly see me and turn your head and pretend to do something else so that you don't have to help me then you clearly need to a course in costumer service. Loft managers at this location please speak to your employees!!!

My wife and I went in to Loft, not a single employee spoke to us. We had to find the dressing room ourselves . It was blocked by a curtain. We walked past employees who were too task oreninted to even say hello. Would not recommended shopping at this Loft.
