My wife ordered me an edible arrangement for my birthday. When this was delivered to my house, it looked like it fell over in the car on the way here. Not only did they forget my balloon and cookies, the chocolate taste old and the strawberries looked like they weren’t clean. The basket the fruit came in wasn’t even the one my wife picked out on the website. When I tried calling the store, they were closed. I ended up speaking with someone at the call center and they told me someone will reach out to me within 24 hours. What a disappointment and a waste of $140.00 for something I couldn’t eat and enjoy on my birthday. The least they can do is refund my money. UPDATE - The very next day, Stephanie whom is the manager reached out to us and rectified the situation. Thank you so much for the replacement items.

We ordered an edible fruit the day before and the order was delivered at 7pm the next day 2 miles down the road . Called the location and unfortunately nothing but excuses and rudeness was given by the employee. It's amazing that good customer service is a thing of the past. It wouldn't be so bad if the person acted as if she did me a favor. A word of wisdom to the location. Good customer service and politeness achieves more results then your rude business etiquette.

Placed a delivery order to include a stuffed animal. Animal was not delivered. Went to the store two days later to inquire about the order. Was informed they don't carry all the options online. They knew they didn't have the requested item, knew they wouldn't be delivering anything as a replacement, but did not refund the cost of the item. When speaking to the person in store, there was no apology, but stated she would notify the manager when they arrived. Called later in the afternoon and spoke with the manager who said she was covering from another store and was trying to "clean up how things were being done". I'll be looking for other options moving forward.

The edible arrangement was delivered and left on the ground outside the front door, the item was to be delivered by 7pm, didn't arrive until after 8pm and to top it off I paid for a Happy Balloon and no balloon. When my friend got home it was covered in ants while there was a chair by the front door which is where the item should have been left, not on the floor, this is Florida. Called and wanted a replacement, I was I would have to wait 24 hours, unable to contact the store, neither could the call center. Absolutely horrible experience and ruined the B Day surprise. Thank you Riverview Edible Arrangements it's now 450pm next day and I have not spoke to anyone or had the issue resolved.

Terrible experience..don’t waste your money.. highly unreliable, unresponsive and at the end marking order delivered which was not. I ordered 3 days before Mother’s day and paid extra fee for the order to be delivered on Sunday. It never did make it. I called on Monday requesting refund for extra delivery fees but asking if they could still deliver. I felt horrible that my mother did not get acknowledged on Mother’s Day by my sister and me due to their incompetence. I was assured that my mother would get it on Monday. It never made it to her on Monday I called again on Tuesday and same story. Today is Saturday a week after and order never reached my mom. I am in 20 minutes wait for them trying to figure out how to cancel and refund my money. I will never use this company ever again. You just don’t do this.

Stay away! This particular store is terrible. They had employees call out on Mother’s Day so my order wasn’t delivered. They contacted me and said they would deliver on Monday the next day with an added compensation at no additional charge and I was okay with that. It’s Tuesday and nothing. No contact, nothing. I called corporate and they wouldn’t compensate me and they couldn’t even reach anyone at this particular store. This company is based on timely deliveries and they can’t even follow through with their promises. Whoever is running this store should really overhaul their so called work force. Find a better reliable option.

Worse service, worse customer satisfaction I ever seen. I placed an ordered for Mother's Day in advance so they can make sure they deliver on the day because obviously it's for Mother's day not Cyber Monday! They never delivered and never bothered to call to let me know. I had to call them multiple times before the manager told me, they will refund me? okay cool can you also refund the "Mother's Day" experience I was supposed to get? Ruined Mother's Day for a special woman! Never ordering from this company again!

My order never came. Very disappointed. After seeing the review I posted Youlonda called me at 825pm and said the drivers were out until 9pm. She was very rude and not understanding. Told her I'd give them till 9pm. She then in her on way insisted I get my refund. I called main office today and was told the driver would be out until 7pm. That's why I posted review at720 pm

Ordered an arrangement for mother's day on the 2nd of May. Received a call 7pm that night that they were short on staff because people called in. We were willing to deal with that. Still nothing the next day. No communication for the store. Called corporate, They asked for a 24hrs wait for a call back, still nothing. Called corporate again, they cancelled and reordered. Come Wednesday message said undeliverable, no other communication from the store. Call corporate today, they said they can not refund until after giving the store another 24hrs to own it, if they do not then they will investigate further. No thank you, I'll just file a claim with my financial institution for service not rendered. The lack of communication is what made this worse and the lack of accountability in the Corporate office.

My best friend got me an arrangement for Valentine’s Day. This is how it looked. This is the second arrangement I got from them- the first one was great this one was sub par to say the least. The apples were soggy, the strawberries were soggy and somehow did this weird cracking thing. My friend who placed the order contacted them about this order and was told to bring it back in. 4 days later is when they decided to respond. It was already in the trash. I am a nurse who works 12.5 hour shifts overnight so I am sleeping when they are open and so me going out of my way to bring something back that was paid for is ludicrous. They were made aware of my schedule but never got a response after that. Not too happy that she wasted her money on this, disappointed to say the least. I advise to order from another place.
