Been coming to Raven's moon once a month for about 6 months. I've never had an issue with over charging, rudeness, or discrimination against children. All my visits have been positive and receptive. I love their large collection of statues, as I struggle to find ones for my deities often, as well as their crystal room. My son loves to come and he's 8. He knows not to touch anything and to ask me to show him something if he's curious.

Was overcharged by almost $10... Not sure if the pricing wasn't updated on actual stones than what the lady was reading off a paper in the front but either way I wasn't happy. (My daughter added some things to my purchase so I didn't realize the overcharge until I had left the store and compared pricing with her & receipt). I'm from out-of-state and was visiting and was driven there by my friend, so it wasn't worth them wasting gas to drive me back before I left.

They have a great selection of stones and crystals, journals, inscents, candles, jewelry, tarot cards, sages, etc. They also offer tarot card readings and other readings. The list goes on and on. The staff is knowledgeable and they are located conveniently in the center of Brandon.

Great selection, prices, and a very helpful staff! The workers were all super nice and helpful and even taught my friend and I a bit about some crystals when we asked questions. Prices were much lower than what I've seen on etsy, earthbound, etc. They have a wide variety of items for any branch of spirituality. I practice Mystical Christianity with a bit of Celtic spiritualism and found a ton of stuff! Super happy about my purchase and will definitely be back!!! I'm so happy I don't have to drive to Tampa to shop at a metaphysical store now!!!

My family and I absolutely love this place! We live in Spring Hill so it takes an hour's drive to get there but it is more than worth it as they have some of the most amazing figures and statues that I have ever seen. They have Pagan, Celtic, Norse, Egyptian, African, Satanic, you name it, they have it. Their prices are extremely reasonable, their product is varied and eclectic, and the staff is more than accommodating and nice. I cannot recommend this store more, it has been perfect for us on our witchy journey 🙂

When I walked in, I had a number of questions. I have been curious about paganism for a long while, and I was quite nervous asking questions. When I worked up the courage to talk to the staff and ask questions, they were very friendly and understanding. I had a number of questions answered, and I was even recommended a pagan group I could look into. I 100% recommend this shop. They did not need to take the time to answer my questions, but they did, and I am now a proud owner of a new tarot deck. I fully intend to come back, and I hope I can discuss more with them, and gain more once I've looked into more about Paganism.

Last Friday, my girlfriend, her sister, and one of our best friends went to the store for the first time, as we had been wanting to go for a good month or so. We walked in, and immediately loved the place. I've been to a good amount of other metaphysical shops and this one is by far the best one I've ever been to. For one, I can NEVER find HeKate figures, statues, and books at other shops. Ravens Moon had so much to choose from. On top of that, they have a new separate room for rocks and crystals. When I tell ya I went ham on picking crystals! Overall, I definitely plan on going back within the next couple of weeks. The energy was generally good and those working there were nice. It's a hardcore 10/10 for me!

Super rude for a metaphysical shop owner, not to mention the bad vibes from this shop. If the owner doesn't agree with you, they're nasty to you as you can see from previous replies to some reviews. Needs some major shadow work. Get your crystals and other spiritual items from shops treat you right and have good energy!! And if you do purchase from this shop, cleanse everything twice or more before use
