Came to Walgreens a couple weeks ago to pick up some supplies for my husband and was quite honestly lost for a while, but in my state of confusion a lovely young lady named Em noticed my distraught appearance and asked if I needed help looking for anything. Not only was Em very kind, she was also helpful with all of the items I needed to find and took me to each location instead of just pointing or telling me an isle number. To be frank, I don't think I would've found half of the things I needed without her help. I've since been back a few times and every time I'm there she greets me with a smile and is just as helpful as the first time. This is now my go to shop because of Em's great help. 5 stars.

I did some late night shopping today at this location around 11:22pm and the guy at the register at the photo counter was very rude and when I said "thank you" he ignored me. I was not rude in any type of way but if an employee doesn't want to serve black customers then let me know and I will go somewhere else. I will not be coming back to this location again.

The pharmacy staff here has poor time management. I had to pick up pain killers for a family member coming out of surgery. I was told to wait “15 more min” on 4 separate occasions. The combined wait has been over an hour at this point. The pain killers from the surgery wore off, and my family member is in pain because of their poor time management.

I have a very bad needle phobia, but the person giving me my covid shot, Travis, was amazing! He made me feel so at ease, and it was so fast. I was probably In the chair for less than a minute. Definitely coming back for him in the future!

I wish there were an option for a Negative score. I have been a customer of this location for 8 year's now, I have watched this site Decline rapidly over the last 2 year's. I now, as of today refuse to EVER use this pharmacy again. I called and sat on hold for 18 minute's, when girl answered she sounded bothered, rushed and never apologized for the long hold. They of course didn't have record of my refill after I witnessed my provider send it. They make NO attempt to research anything, the answer is always Call your Dr./ this location has a serious BLACK MOLD issue in the pharmacy that you can smell before you step to the counter. The vents and ceiling covers have visible mold in them. Why would you allow your employees to work in these conditions? The reward points program is AWFUL. It doesn't hold a candle to CVS. I really hope they clean up this store. It's a shame it has gone to the crapper.

Manager at this location is rude. You are not allowed to look at color of a lipstick unless you buy it according to her. Well I wont buy it I told her. I never touched it I was just simply looking at the color. No wonder this Walgreens only has two star rating

Visiting from out of state had to have 2 prescriptions transferred for pick up at this facility and after 3 days only one prescription was transferred. I've called repeatedly and no one can give me a direct answer as to why. Now I'm completely out of the most important medication. I will never use this facility again and if I had an option for 0 stars that's what I'd give you. Filing a report with Humana Military.

I've only ever gone there for off-the-shelf items, which has been the same experience as I've had at any Walgreen's. If what you're looking for i not here, try CVS Pharmacy just across the street.
