Unfortunately my MAF sensor was so dirty that my car started stalling so I pulled in advance auto parts. I would’ve cleaned it myself since I’ve had the car, but stupid Nissan puts these security screws on the MAF sensor. Dave was awesome. He personally had the little security tool that he let me borrow outside, And then I was able to get my MAF sensor cleaned. And put back in. Now my car runs fine no more stalling! Dave went above and beyond any employee I have ever seen at any auto shop. And he’s very smart and even though I felt like I was annoying him every five minutes, he never seem bothered. Thank you Dave!

Needed to get stuff for an oil change. And price some other needed parts for my vehicle. Not the best experience, finding out several things arent available anymore.

Understaffed, especially with 1 or 2 associates helping customers outside at differing times. However they have always found a way to free up a resource for a part order or to check me out without me waiting for more than 5 minutes. Prices are a little high compared to the age of the amazon. But when you need an item now it’s justifiable

I like the convenience for parts and detailing items but when it comes to really needing the right part don't count on the right fit. Now,two days later returning another part that is wrong after putting everything back together. Another long day.

Just got a new part because they bit others in town in terms of pricing and although a hard to find part they had one in stock. At the register John suggested I take a picture of the receipt and email it to myself so they can honor the life time guarantee.... Smart guy he reminded me receipts ink fade away after a few days….very helpful call John before you buy your part elsewhere.

Seeing as my car has started to exhibit regular wear and tear, I'm coming in a lot more. Every time I have come though the employees have been very patient and thorough with answering all questions that I have. The aisles are perfectly labeled and everything is easily located.
