I Visited today for a new tire. They assured me on the phone that they could help a walk in no problem even though it was half an hour to close. Ben and mike showed exceptional customer service, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone for a quick fix or even big vehicle problems.

Now why y'all had my friend car sitting on the side with no repair ??? All she needed was a tire change?? You all left it locked knowing good and welll you didn't call nobody and say nothing or update them about said vehicle ??? What kind of service are y'all providing at this establishment ? I brought my car in on Friday afternoon to fix a tire when it was very busy. Roberto got the car done that evening and even waited at the shop after closing for us to come pick it up. Great service!

The guys at this location are always willing to help. I had an issue with a tire I bought from them. They offered a solution that was fair and I will continue to take my car there when I need another tire!

Michael and his team were amazing. Our car battery died in a CVS parking lot near by and Michael came by to check it out and jump start it for us. He then was able to get our battery replaced very quickly - outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

My family has been using this Pepboys since 2013 to maintain and repair our 8+ vehicles over that span of time. They do great work and are always making the most of what they have in front of them. Shout out to the manager, Michael, who recently saved the day for my family by squeezing us in last minute so we could make it to work the next day.

Appointments were overbooked but they were able to get me in a reasonable time. Including some additional repairs that were needed and a courtesy ride to and from home while they waited on parts and finished the repairs. I got trustworthy vibes from the manager. Well to start I’m so glad I dodged a bullet! My grand caravan died while working and right away I knew it was electrical. Had it towed here bc it’s the closest. Of course alternator went bad…it happens. But when we went to see the cost they told us alternator was bad, “unspecified” oil leak was leaking onto it causing the problem. makes sense right? And to top it off they said our motor mounts were bad. When mounts are bad you will feel shaking and knocking which none of was happening. Total quote they gave was $4000 without showing us an estimate. Come to find out they wanted to charge $400 for a $200 alternator, $600 for a valve gasket cover plus $300 for labor on installing that (it’s an $80 part). Not to mention motor mounts added to total 4K. I just don’t understand how places like this take part in ripping off people and not showing estimates. The manager was hesitant in giving me one and I see why. We took our van to Auto Clinic of Brandon. GO THERE INSTEAD! Only $600 for the actual needed repairs and she’s purring like brand new.
