Great local business in Riverview. They treat the customer right and answer all of my questions. Best of all, they only do what you ask for and NO upsale pressure for additional service. Regular oil change service. Set appointment ahead of time. In & out as scheduled. Set additional service later in the week. Followup appointment for service I requested. Again, in & out in timely manner on my schedule. Fast fan replacement and cost same as previous estimate. Staff always courteous and answers questions. Call them for your next sevice.

Called a week in advance to set an appointment for an oil change. Showed up for my appointment and am told it'll be an hour bc there's 2 people ahead of me. Unfortunately I have to work so waiting isn't an option. I really wanted to like this place due to multiple positive community referrals but not keeping their word on an appointment time lost my business.

My tire pressure light had come on again after I filled my tires up the other day so I decided to get it checked. I stopped at Boyd’s for the first time and he saw me right away! He found a drill bit in my tire and saw that I filled my tires up too much. He let air out to the appropriate amount and plugged my tire and charged me $17 ! I was in and out of there in 10 min. Can’t beat that!! I’ll definitely be coming back for my car maintenance. Very Nice people!!! Service: Tires

Friendly enough folks each time I’ve been there. From a FB group and google reviews, I was under the impression that this was a full service garage able to diagnose all issues and found out after a few hundred dollars of parts changing later, that’s not the case. $95 each time they read a code and no part of that price is discounted if you have them do the corresponding repair, which is uncommon. Even the big box repair places do that. Referred me to a dealership for an issue very common to my car that GM has a service bulletin out for because it was beyond their diagnostic capabilities. (Not a slight, that’s what they told me.) Had I known they couldn’t diagnose intake and valve cover issues, I would have dug a little deeper on google before going there and saved myself some money. On the plus side though, they once got me in in a pinch which was nice. Looking back, I’m not sure I needed that repair done though, as it ended up being a symptom of the larger issue I had fixed that they told me they couldn’t diagnose. No explanation of the repair and nobody showed me the parts. Had it been able to be diagnosed here, I could have potentially not made that $300 repair. I did get free black, greasy handprints on the inside of the tan interior of my car though.

Awesome service. I always go here when I need car maintenance. Joe Boyd has always been very friendly and more than happy to help me out. The rest of the staff is great too. Very timely service, and good prices, and an honest crew.
