This place suck not reliable, open time on the door says 7.30 I was waiting till 8.00 am and they were still closed. An associate was inside hiding from patrons waiting outside.Happened on 04/25/2022

Chris is an example of the ideal employee. His service is incredible. He was running around helping 3 different customers at any given time, and actually HELPING them. He was a huge help to me, and he even came out to my car to help me with a sample of black trim restorer. He even cleared up a problem I had at another Advance store. I can't believe how good he is at his job. You can tell that he really enjoys helping people. 10/10 for Chris.

I called regarding a very important lost item and Alex answered the phone. When I explained the situation he immediately understood and without hesitation took down the information and went out and checked for me despite the fact that he was probably very busy. I was not asked to wait or put on hold I was helped immediately. Since we were unfortunately unsuccessful he let me know that if he were able to help me in the future he would contact me. I highly recommend this asset to your staff and truly appreciate his help. The other store down the road has the same numerical street address so when I was asked check I had to call both stores. They were my first call. They seemed a little distant and pretty much told me nope I haven't seen a thing. Just felt a little indifferent to me that's all. So between the two I think y'all are better store anyway in terms of customer service but I wanted to thank Alex for doing that for me. God bless.

Not only did they greet me upon arrival but instantly asked me if I needed help finding anything. After my purchase they went the extra mile and asked me of I needed any assistance taking it to my car. They even offered me the tool I needed to do it right there on the spot! Carmen was wonderful and VERY quick and helpful!

The associate that assisted me was very helpful. I needed to get new windshield wipers. He took him time to find the best ones for my car that wouldn't break my pocket. I had no idea since wipers could cost so much...lol. The associate also replaced the windshield wipers in the rain
