called 6 times with no answer. When they do answer after 5 to 8 minutes of ringing, they hang up immediately. I understand they may be busy but does that mean the rest of us have nothing better to do either?

Very glad to have stopped by. They put 2 good tires on my son's Honda at the end of the day, quickly and for a good price. I just stopped by to make an appointment for 2 more tires. Unfortunately, it's impossible to reach the store or auto center by phone.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever received! Walmart sent the wrong tires to their auto center and told me that they can’t put them on. I clearly ordered the correct ones. Then they told me that I can receive a refund for them. I asked them where did they put the tires at. They put the new tires in the front and rear seat of my car next to the baby seat!!!! They told me that I have to go to customer service in the front of the building in order to get a refund. I asked, “Why couldn’t you just refund me here and why would you put them in my car when I have to go to the front of the building to receive a refund anyway?!?! The lady said that their systems are different so she couldn’t process it. It may be cheaper tires, but you get what you pay for! Definitely will never come back here!

If you don't thin the United States is rapidly becoming the U.S.S.R., patronize this Walmart Automotive location. It's chronically understaffed and opens whenever people decide to show up. Appointments are a requirement and rmust be made in person because phones don't get answered. Once you arrive for your appointment you can expect to wait for an extra hour or longer before they actually start work. This was encountered on not just one appointment but two. Would prefer this location any day over the one at Gunn Hwy. After witnessing horrible customer service at Gunn Hwy, I thought of giving this location a try. Staff is courteous and listens to their customers. Services are quick and the manager Sonny is doing a great job here!! Keep up! The manager at Gunn Hwy might wanna take some lessons from Sonny on how to handle/manage the staff lol

Super grateful for the staff that stayed late to patch a hole in my tire so i could get home. Every other tire shop around was already closed. Very friendly staff, highly recommend!

Always get roadside hazard when you get new tires from here because it was so useful

Service technician incorrectly mounted tire on the rim with rim hanging out from the tire. Then the service tech put different tire pressure on my 2 fronts and my 2 rears to incorrectly wearing my tires and causing instability for the vehicle, making the vehicle not safe. The Service technician put 36 on my left front, 40 on right front, 40 on left rear, 34 on right rear. Not only was the service technician incompetent and got the tire mounting job all wrong at all points but it took 3 hour. Buy your tires here but don't have them mounted here. These guys have no idea what they're doing.
