Mike and the guys at 360 tuned my 05 LS2 GTO and got every bit they could out of it while ensuring the longevity out of my engine. They explained in detail all the parameters of the tune and answered every question I had. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable and treat you like family, not just a customer. I called a few times with some questions regarding some of my mods I was doing and Mike pointed me in the right direction every time. I have a Velociraptor and I’m very particular with who works on my truck. In need of a new mechanic locally, a good friend recommended Mad Hatter. I stopped in and talked with them to make sure they were comfortable working on a Modified vehicle. After the conversation I felt completely comfortable with Ben working on my truck. Not exactly sure with what was going on and what was throwing all the codes on my truck and cutting the ac off, I was personally stuck between an electrical issue (wiring harness) and an ac issue. The guys at Mad Hatter and Ben the mechanic were extremely fast with the diagnosis and were extremely thorough. They fixed my truck and had it back to me the next day. Affordable, honest, fast, and phenomenal integrity; Mad Hatter will be the only guys touching my truck moving forward. They earned every bit of a 5 star. Since picking my truck up last week, I’ve put over 900miles on it and it’s running like the high performance beast that it is. Outstanding service by the Team at Huff, had the actual owner work on my exhaust. He did a fenomenal job and at a reasonable price. Larry was awesome to talk to while I waited, these guys are legit. If you need any custom work or just a tune up, this is the place to go. I would not trust my collector car to just anyone and they hooked it up. I made an appointment for a Sunday morning at 8am. It did take a while for them to get to my car to preform the oil change and tire patch repair, but I did not mind at all as I knew they were short staffed and cars from previous day to get to. I give a 5 star review because the employee Jacob was very kind and informative and went above and beyond with service! He helped me find a product to fix my automatic wiper sensor and was able to do the repair for me! I really appreciate that from him and was so happy with how helpful he was.
