Customer service was good, expensive for my pocket. And my muffler just does not look right seems very low. So I posted this review 2 months ago I reached out to where I was told to on this review. Here it is 2 months later and nothing has been done. Took it to another place and they won't touch it. Told me to take it back. Here are some pictures of how my muffler looks. The sensors are suppose to go in sideways so the dont scrape on speed bump. There done. Were put facing down. I paid close to a grand for this job. I have a video and pictures. Service: Exhaust

I had an unexpected repair required due to vandalism. I called Midas in Brandon to see if they could help with needed repairs quickly as I needed my vehicle back that day. It was not a trivial repair but the manager and staff took ownership of the problem and worked diligently to source parts and complete the work the same day. I went here today and had a great experience. The manager and employees were very helpful!! The manager was very understanding about my prior (not so great)experience with huff muffler. They diagnosed and fixed my issue for free. I got a HUGE break. Bc of that blessing, I will be bringing my car back to them for all of the other work I need done. Starting Saturday I'll be getting more serious work done to my vehicle by them. I have never had a better experience at any other repair shop than I did at midas touch this weekend! So grateful to the manager and the team.
