Went by this business yesterday to get a price on installing a part that I had bought for my truck she rudely stated we don't install customers parts anymore.. okay I can understand that.. asked me what my phone number was I wasn't sure what number was used as it had been years since I had been there she stated rudely what do you mean that used to be your number? When she finally started giving me multiple prices I grabbed a pen from the pin holder to write it down.. after I returned the pem she grabbed it and broke out the spray to spray it...I then stated I got to think about it after her rude behavior...beware?!

Always prompt, always professional, and very affordable. The customer service is awesome, and the techs know what they are doing. They are honest people who aren't going to push unnecessary services on you to fluff up the price, it's refreshing. So, thank you Ms. Jaime and family, you all are great!!

The manager on duty was great. He had my brakes inspected and let me know I was still good and had more time. Also special ordered my shocks to come in and be replaced. Very professional and highly recommended. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension repair

Brian runs a tight and fair ship. I've been going there for years. The rates are reasonable and the work is great. He's an honest and hardworking mechanic and offers a blue collar professionalism and sense of respect that you don't get from very many places.

Giving this review based on the customer service alone. Called to get a quote on a tie rod repair. Got interrupted mid sentence "inner, outer, left right?" Said we weren't sure and she scoffed and said "Well I can't get you a quote then." Instead of attempting to work with us she dismissed us and scoffed at us. This is the exact reason so many people have a distrust of mechanics. Rude, dismissive, and unable to work with you. Would suggest having someone else answer your phones as that's the first impression of a business you get.

If you're reading this review and you're wondering should I bring my vehicle to A+ brakes and suspension? I would definitely say yes. It's so stressful trying to get repairs on your vehicle and wondering whether the service professionals are honest upfront and with no nonsense well look no further!!! I started my experience with A+ by calling and getting an estimate to replace a condenser on my vehicle. I was at another shop and they did tell me what was wrong but they did not use the new freon after calling a few different shops I settled on A+ brakes and suspension and I am glad I did they treated me with the utmost respect and they were very upfront with the pricing and the quotes.. needless to say my AC blows ice cold what else could you ask for!!
