Trying to take care of their customers who have purchased vehicles from this location. Parts department will not order dealer windshields for glass companies. Glass is not available after market either. It's a shame when we are trying to take care of their customers. My company has never not paid a bill or not picked up a glass.

Shawn and the entire Ed Morse team was awesome to work with. From our initial appointment emails, texts and calls with Tamika Lopez, Shawn, and Anthony the finance manager, to us walking out the door with the keys to our vehicle, they were all incredibly honest, personable and professional. They treated us like family the entire process and did not pressure us at all. The used vehicle we were interested in was in immaculate condition and very clean! We were visiting from Wisconsin and we’re not anticipating buying a vehicle from Florida but we fell in love with the vehicle and drove it all the way back home - 1100 miles! I loved the responsiveness the team provided us when we first said we were interested! We loved the email and personal video of the vehicle itself that told us all the features! They even offered us a free oil change if we ever were back in Brandon! Overall, best car buying experience for us in all the years we have bought vehicles! A++++ for Ed Morse Brandon auto mall!

Stressful day made easy, Needed a new car due to unfortunate circumstances. We had been eyeing a specific car over the weekend. We called, went in and were showed the car, took it for a test drive, discussed numbers and was able to purchase and leave all before picking up the kid from school. Tags were transferred, everything was done to make it easy on us.

While I know others have had lovely experiences with Brandon Auto Mall, sadly the false diagnosis and overall handling of my vehicle while in their possession was unacceptable. I brought a 2013 Fiat 500 Sport with shifting issues in on Jan 31, 2022. After performing a routine oil change and tire rotation I was informed I would need a new transmission. After further explanation I agreed for this part to be ordered. Two months later, I let the Service Manager know I would be towing the car to a local garage to receive a used transmission given the shipping issues experienced (outside the dealerships hands). On Mar 30, 2022, once towed, the new garage performed a "clutch bleed" and replenished my clutch fluid which was empty. The car was drivable. They then asked if I would like to replace the shifter cables which were worn, and I agreed. I picked up the car on Mar 31, 2022 and drove it to my current residence. While the shipping issues were out of Brandon Auto Mall's hands, I received a diagnosis that was rooted in negligence and had to wait for a part to be delivered that was never required. My hope is that the auto team will take greater care in future diagnostic research before assigning an unnecessary $5,000.00 + repair to others down the road.

We took our 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth into the dealership today for the regular oil change, 4 cylinder tune-up(32,000 mile), BG fuel induction service & the multi point vehicle check. The young man who checked us in was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. I was impressed with the ease of being checked in & taken care of. We were offered a shuttle ride to the mall as it took 2 1/2 hours. The sweet lady who dropped us off & the young man who picked us up were awesome! My ONLY complaint is that I wish they were closer to my home(an hour away). A very positive experience.

On September 1st I leased a Alfa Romeo stelvio from these guys and they made the process so easy. I came to Tampa even though I live near the St. Petersburg Alfa dealer because they managed to beat the price by quite a bit on my vehicle. So to break it down I received a Stelvio with a $6k higher msrp but ended up with a lower payment so if you are in the market for an Alfa Romeo you might want to try these guys even if they are further away than another dealer. The salesperson Joe was great and made it really simple and the finance manager made the paperwork a breeze. They treated me very well and gave me too dollar for my trade. Thank You guys and if I can convince my wife to switch from Lexus you might be seeing me soon.
