From our initial appointment emails, texts and calls with Tamika Lopez, Shawn, and Anthony the finance manager, to us walking out the door with the keys to our vehicle, they were all incredibly honest, personable and professional. They treated us like family the entire process and did not pressure us at all. The used vehicle we were interested in was in immaculate condition and very clean! We were visiting from Wisconsin and we’re not anticipating buying a vehicle from Florida but we fell in love with the vehicle and drove it all the way back home - 1100 miles! I loved the responsiveness the team provided us when we first said we were interested! We loved the email and personal video of the vehicle itself that told us all the features! They even offered us a free oil change if we ever were back in Brandon! Overall, best car buying experience for us in all the years we have bought vehicles!
