This pharmacy has gone terrible recently. I can’t believe how poor the service is. This has been my go-to pharmacy for over 8 years. I am now changing to another (out of the way) CVS. They sat on a prescription for post surgical pain meds for 2 days. It was in stock! When I tried to call the pharmacy, they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes then disconnected me at closing time. When I called back the next morning, they were rude and gave me every excuse in the book. Saying they are short-staffed. That is t an excuse for treating people terrible. They told me I could call and have the prescription transferred to another CVS. Come to find out, that is not possible with controlled substances. Funny, the other CVS knew it immediately. I think this pharmacy was being difficult. I will never buy anything in this CVS again. They need someone to step in and correct their customer service.

Really good service compared to other locations. Helpful and quick staff.

We were going to travel overseas and needed a PCR test done, they said it would come in 1-3 days and it came back a week after. It might be worth it to get a pcr from someplace else that will promise same day or next day result so you don’t have to stress about it before your trip.

Their pharmacy staff is outstanding: pleasant and polite, and have readily offered assistance, when I’ve had hiccups with prescriptions. This department is an anomaly at CVS. We keep changing locations because of how bad customer service is all over the chain. We definitely don’t buy anything else here.

Dont think about doing your testing with this CVS. It takes 2X longer to receive your results compared to any other location or testing lab. The staff cant even track/status your results. I will have to get tested somewhere else "again" to actually be able to receive my results. This is ridiculous. What a waste of time.

Horrible experience here. I gave camera film to workers 3 weeks ago and I was told to keep checking back by visiting the store to see if my pictures were done...I asked if they contact their customers to let them know when the pictures would be done and they said no. I then checked back every 2-3 days and had troubles every single time: them not being able to find my name or confirmation number in the system or worker not even knowing anything about retrieving picture film, and different workers telling me different information every single time (“we will call you when they’re done”, “we don’t call you when they’re done”, “I can’t find you in the system, come back tomorrow”, “Come back tomorrow when the manager is here”. Meanwhile I have gotten film from a different CVS location and had a perfect experience but this one is horrible. Choose another one if you would like better service!

Cashier wears a mask and treated me like I have leprosy. 1.9 million people in my county and only 15 hospitalized with the virus. She even refused to pick up my purchase to scan it. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I will take my business to a place where I am treated with service and not like I am diseased. Target, Kroger’s and Walgreens treated me as a customer should be treated. You are over reacting guys. I have no signs of any illness. I was buying fingernail polish. l put it back and went to Target across the street.

This store refuses to scan their store CVS card to give you the discount, which is the only way their prices can be close to competitive. I’d have been happy to give them a fake phone number to register, but they want your drivers license. Every other CVS I’ve ever been to has been happy to scan a card from the huge stack by the register to apply the discount, but not this one. Privacy invasion and data breaches are out of control, so there’s no way they’re getting my DL. I’ll shop at a store with normal pricing and no membership scams like Walmart from now on. Sorry CVS, you’ve lost a customer forever.

Although is really conveniently placed near my place and it has the same services and products of every CVS you ever visited, this place feel like lonely, not too much staff to ask, in the only 4 occasions I visited this place there was just one person, at the only register open, so in order to ask for info I had to leave the aile where I was, going to talk to the person, and then continuing my search... Yep, I felt lost. Something that never happened to me in a CVS pharmacy before. An occasional visit when in a rush is fine, otherwise I really prefer other locations.

This was a very good pharmacy about a year ago. After the pharmacist left about a year ago (?) or maybe 6 months ago, the pharmacy customer service and time to both get a prescription renewed or refilled has gone up dramatically. In addition, the ability to obtain a prescription, even on refills, seems to be difficult and can be delayed because of out of stock issues. From the general retail side, it was normally not an issue to pick up a few things at the same time. Now it appears there are never enough cashiers to buy things, resulting in long lines and wait times. The shelves in the store can be seen in various stages of stocking, even having empty shelves with noone working to fill them. I wonder if there has been a general change in management and attempt to cut corners to save money. They have certainly lost a number of sales from me and are about to lose my prescription business as well. While the CVS at Virginia and 75 is busier and less "clean" or presentable, at least I can get what I need fairly quickly and not have to wait several days
