5 Best convenience store in McKinney, Texas (TX) 2024

Supposed to close at 1000. Doors locked at 930 with no sign explaining it. Super cool. Probably will comeback in the daytime anyway because they’re in a convenient location ~James

This pharmacy has gone terrible recently. I can’t believe how poor the service is. This has been my go-to pharmacy for over 8 years. I am now changing to another (out of the way) CVS. They sat on a prescription for post surgical pain meds for 2 days. It was in stock! When I tried to call the pharmacy, they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes then disconnected me at closing time. When I called back the next morning, they were rude and gave me every excuse in the book. Saying they are short-staffed. That is t an excuse for treating people terrible. They told me I could call and have the prescription transferred to another CVS. Come to find out, that is not possible with controlled substances. Funny, the other CVS knew it immediately. I think this pharmacy was being difficult. I will never buy anything in this CVS again. They need someone to step in and correct their customer service. ~Sarah

The lady named noom or whatever she was a Indian lady working this noon around 12:30 she refused to sell us a black and mild because of the id clearly said 1998 but ontop it says under 21 it just needs to be renewed we had no problems everywhere we go but this particular location was horrible ..but anyway the birthdate clearly said 1998 . She must not have common sense ..So clearly he’s 22 horrible customer service ~GG

Mark is the manager here and a great person. If you have any issues I suggest you talk to him and he will make it right. Great place. ~Cade

Very rude ugly low black boy at the store. He try to rip us our money thinking we won’t notice. And when we find out he was yelling & shouting like a rabies’s dog. He make it clear he don’t care about customers or about 7-Eleven itself. That was 7-eleven at lake forest here in McKinney. ~nissan
