Decent Wal-Mart in a convenient location. My main complaint is the parking lot is not really designed for trucks. The parking spaces set on the small side, even the ones far from the front door. Now the inside of the store was clean and the employees I encountered were smiling and seemed eager to help. ~Chris

IT WAS VERY CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED. THE CLOTHES WERE NEATLY HUNG AND IN THE RIGHT SIZE SECTIONS. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEIR PRICES WERE HIGHER. MOST CLOTHING I LOOKED AT AND TRIED ON WERE $16.99 AND UP. I DID SEE A COUPLE OF SALES ITEMS AT $12.00. BUT NO $9.99 AND LOWER, LIKE THEY USE TO HAVE. THAT WOULD BE ONE REASON I WOULD GO TO ROSS STORES AND SHOP. THEIR PRICES ARE A LOT LOWER. BUT, THE YOUNG LADY WHO CHECKED ME OUT, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, SWEET AND HELPFUL. SHE ALSO TOLD ME ABOUT THE TJX REWARDS CARD AND I SIGNED UP. SHE MADE ME GLAD I HAD SHOPPED THERE. ~B.J.

I was tired after a long day of driving a U-Haul up from Houston that had a broken A/C and it was 102 degrees. My day had started at 05:30, and I dropped off a car hauler at midnight. The uhaul app was broken, and I was attempting to take photos of the trailer as proof I had dropped it off. Preston, the manager of the storage unit came outside to check on me and what I was doing. He could tell I had a long day, and Informed me that even though they weren’t a place to take trailers, only trucks, he would help me out. He went way above and beyond explaining the process, and his customer service attitude really showed through. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but he has it figured out! Thanks Preston! You made a really tough day a little more tolerable. Customer for life! ~Jake

I bought a new radiator for my vehicle a few months later it started leaking bad. I called to get one under warranty I was told it would be 3-5 days before they could get one in. I had already pulled the faulty radiator and asked if i could just get my money back and buy another radiator somewhere else being I need my truck daily, advanced auto parts told me they couldnt do that and i would have to wait for the other one to come in under warranty. I have multiple doctor visits I need to make and no way to get a ride to my appointments.... this is terrible customer service. ~Jason
