Best self storage facility in McKinney, Texas (TX) 2024

I was tired after a long day of driving a U-Haul up from Houston that had a broken A/C and it was 102 degrees. My day had started at 05:30, and I dropped off a car hauler at midnight. The uhaul app was broken, and I was attempting to take photos of the trailer as proof I had dropped it off. Preston, the manager of the storage unit came outside to check on me and what I was doing. He could tell I had a long day, and Informed me that even though they weren’t a place to take trailers, only trucks, he would help me out. He went way above and beyond explaining the process, and his customer service attitude really showed through. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but he has it figured out! Professional Staff. Property Manager Patrick made the process simple. Jacob was great he was helpful with showing my Mother around the facility. The storage unit is clean, in a safe area, and has all packing materials available for purchase if needed ~Christina
