Hours to access units feels limited (not 24 hour access) but otherwise clean and easy to access. On-site materials/facilities are helpful.

Professional Staff. Property Manager Patrick made the process simple. Jacob was great he was helpful with showing my Mother around the facility. The storage unit is clean, in a safe area, and has all packing materials available for purchase if needed

This place is phenomenal! Josey assisted me with the utmost professionalism & courtesy. She showed me a variety of units & was gracious enough to take the time to explain the different aspects & sizes until we found what would work best for me. The facility is very clean & tucked away from the main road, yet easy to access. I highly recommend this Advantage location to anyone in the area.

Easy from start to finish! I was able to reserve my unit at a discounted online price (with no holding fee) and then was quickly contacted to get more information and continue with the reservation. Then, when I came in to fill out paperwork, I unknowingly came during the lunch hour, but Josey so kindly helped me out on her lunch break (I’m SO grateful because we are an hour away and I brought my toddler with me!). In a time when large storage units are hard to find they still made it so easy and I feel valued!

Over the weekend I visited Advantage Storage in McKinney. It was a HOT summer day and Josey took the time to show us around to multiple units helping us decide which might be best for our needs.
