Came in on a Sunday when the office was closed. Had a problem with the online uhaul service. Thought the day was going to be a waste of time but then my wife called and Preston actually opened on his off day, invited me in and sorted things out so I could actually get my move day done. Really went above and beyond to help! His help and overall customer service were top notch!

I was tired after a long day of driving a U-Haul up from Houston that had a broken A/C and it was 102 degrees. My day had started at 05:30, and I dropped off a car hauler at midnight. The uhaul app was broken, and I was attempting to take photos of the trailer as proof I had dropped it off. Preston, the manager of the storage unit came outside to check on me and what I was doing. He could tell I had a long day, and Informed me that even though they weren’t a place to take trailers, only trucks, he would help me out. He went way above and beyond explaining the process, and his customer service attitude really showed through. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but he has it figured out! Thanks Preston! You made a really tough day a little more tolerable. Customer for life!

Very poorly run business! When we got there we saw 2 cars with people sitting in them. One man said they'd been waiting for a while for someone to answer either the phone or the door. Nobody ever answered either so we all left. They're losing a lot of money today!

I received great customer service and the employee was patient and answered all my questions since it was my first time renting a U Haul truck. It was faster than going to a bigger dealer in Plano and was less expensive. I would use again!

Just came look get price on future move for Uhaul and storage place. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. I informed him of my furniture and he recommended the correct size equipment I would need. He didn’t try to up sell to make more money. For that he will get my business for my future moves and storage. I will recommend Justin and this establishment to all my friends and relatives.

Update: The Manager became aware of all the issues that had went on previously and she corrected everything! Even gave me a discount on my next truck rental. Thank goodness there is a good upper management overseeing the facility that knows how to rectify errors. I'm now back to enjoying operating with a company that has pleasant, courteous, helpful customer service.That will allow me to feel that my things are secure in their facility. I first rented a storage while Clay & Elliott were there and they were absolutely great! Always attentive, courteous, considerate, thoughtful and hospitable. I never had not one issue even to the point that they went out of their way to make sure that you knew using this particular storage your things were secure. Unfortunately I should have taken the time to write a review on these show appreciation to Clay & Elliott because they really were great however, I've been using this storage for over a year now and they just put a new staff there that was very rude! Even from the start they never introduce themselves. I felt this was quite inconsiderate since they were the new customer service attendant. But when I came to their office to explain what was happening to the storage unit access door I had just arrived 3 times and found the lock left undone, the lock still sitting with the passcode on, the gate standing open when there supposed to be closed & locked at all times. I was made to feel as if it was my fault, which seemed ridiculous to me since I've been using this storage for a year without any issues whatsoever, until the new staff arrived. I'm the customer informing you of the issue, and now the new staff makes a point of coming out and walking the grounds especially when they see me pull up to my unit door. It only made me wonder if this is the only time that this action is done. It wasn't broken into and there are cameras all around so it either means another customer is being very careless or the staff is. This a 24/7 access but it's not supposed to left open. But the worst of it was when I came into setup a rental for a Uhaul truck & I thought since I'm already here I go ahead & make my storage payment at the same time. I've been using Uhaul since 1987 and have never ever been treated so rude! When Clay & Elliott were there last year my pymts were set with my card on file & they send an email to notify me to remit & I in return give an authorization to deduct the pymt and they send a verification along with the new gate access code, which is pretty much the standard procedure for any storage company. This staff tells me that they cannot do this type transaction since I'm standing in the store I must give them the card. Obviously by this point I'm bother because the person is doing things out of the ordinary. I was then told I will have to call to get an authorization for this because I wasn't going to give my credit card to this person, since I've already saw too much incompetency already. They made the call saying I've got an angry customer here who doesn't want to give me her cc. They found my cc that is already on file can in fact be used just as I had said. However the transaction was deducted from my account on that day, I was not given a receipt or the pass code. Then today I was issued a bill for which I had already paid and still no receipt or passcode. I was not angry before but I am now, when I returned this tonight to enter my storage knowing I'd received an email that I never read because I've paid the bill in advance & I see I received a remittance instead of a receipt with the code as it has been done for the last year. This makes me want to move all my things out of this storage right now!

We showed up at opening time Thursday 9am. It is now 9:30 and we sit outside because it is closed. We even got a confirmation call yesterday! We called of course but no answer. We have huge moving plans today and moving is enough of a hassle without having to worry about not having a truck. .... Later. Well she finally showed up in work out clothes, and really acted as if it was no big deal for her to be so late. She gave a flippant "sorry". When we went inside we see a "NO CASH NO EXCEPTIONS" sign. Of course we had cash and we're never told this stipulation on our reservation. We are cancelling our reservation and finding another facility.
