Came for an alignment and 2 tire balance. I am a mechanic, but do not have an expensive alignment rack. They were trying to tell me I needed new tires after looking at them from 100yards away (in the parking lot). I did not need tired. They will try to get you to upgrade/buy all kinds of stuff you don't need. I came to pick up the vehicle and they said they could not find the wheel lock key. , so they never balanced the tires. The key was in the glove box where everyone keeps it. They charged $144, which is steep for an alignment. They never gave me the alignment sheet, to see where the alignment was and what they corrected it to. They could not provide this even upon request. ***HUGE RED FLAG*** I am not sure/don't have any proof that they actually did anything. I will be avoiding this place at all costs. ~marinelessons

I have been in a couple times, recently. People are nice and helpful. The store does not have everything I want, but so far I have been pleased with the store and very pleased with the staff. We will see about the products, price was good but will it last? TBD ~Ken

Really great service. . .arrived on time for my appointment (the website was easy to use and set up a convenient time to visit), was welcomed and processed in quickly. While they said it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours, it only took 45 minutes and the installing tech took time to explain what we could and couldn't do with the new windshield before we left. My experience here was wonderful! I am traveling and forgot my contacts. When I called frazzled Jennifer was very understanding and able to get me in the same morning. There was hardly any wait and the screening was quick. Dr. Cardales is knowledgeable and through, very patient and accommodating throughout the exam. Beth was helpful and gave me good advice for future contact purchases! The total cost for exam and contacts was very reasonable. 10/10 recommend this location! ~Erica

Budget made the process very clear from reservation to pickup to return. The vehicle was a recent model year and well equipped for our 3,000 mile journey. I had confidence throughout the whole experience and would recommend this location as well as the overall Budget interactions. ~Peter

Although this was the exact location I used, my review is more for Budget Truck corporation as a whole. Before you rent from them, just be aware that they do not put customers first. For one, I reserved my budget truck about a month in advance, then when I was randomly reviewing my order one day, the reservation was gone. When I called they said they my reservation was cancelled because someone else needed the truck. What does that even mean?? Also I would have NEVER known that I wasn't going to have my truck if I hadn't randomly checked the reservation and then called. But my main complaint is in regards to all the water damage that basically ruined half of my things. There were leaks all throughout the truck so when it rained, the water ended up damaging my mattress, box spring, clothes, rugs, etc. When I called I explained that I did not pay for the insurance, but they assured me that regardless of this, I would be eligible for compensation due to the fact that the truck was not secure. I mean it's one thing if my stuff got stolen, but the damage to my stuff was 100% due to their truck having holes and not being up to standard with what they claim. Anyways they send me on this wild goose chase to submit a claim which takes foreverrrrr. Then, 15 business days later, we receive a letter saying we don't qualify for any compensation because we didn't opt in for the insurance. Why did they make me waste hours of my life filling out forms and emailing people just to tell me what I already knew and explained to them from the very beginning?? All this to say, I understand that I didn't get the insurance, but given that all the damage to my things was solely due to defects in the vehicle, I am disappointed that they have led me on just to tell me a month later that they aren't going to help me at all. ~Madison
