Although this was the exact location I used, my review is more for Budget Truck corporation as a whole. Before you rent from them, just be aware that they do not put customers first. For one, I reserved my budget truck about a month in advance, then when I was randomly reviewing my order one day, the reservation was gone. When I called they said they my reservation was cancelled because someone else needed the truck. What does that even mean?? Also I would have NEVER known that I wasn't going to have my truck if I hadn't randomly checked the reservation and then called. But my main complaint is in regards to all the water damage that basically ruined half of my things. There were leaks all throughout the truck so when it rained, the water ended up damaging my mattress, box spring, clothes, rugs, etc. When I called I explained that I did not pay for the insurance, but they assured me that regardless of this, I would be eligible for compensation due to the fact that the truck was not secure. I mean it's one thing if my stuff got stolen, but the damage to my stuff was 100% due to their truck having holes and not being up to standard with what they claim. Anyways they send me on this wild goose chase to submit a claim which takes foreverrrrr. Then, 15 business days later, we receive a letter saying we don't qualify for any compensation because we didn't opt in for the insurance. Why did they make me waste hours of my life filling out forms and emailing people just to tell me what I already knew and explained to them from the very beginning?? All this to say, I understand that I didn't get the insurance, but given that all the damage to my things was solely due to defects in the vehicle, I am disappointed that they have led me on just to tell me a month later that they aren't going to help me at all.

The 16 foot truck we rented sucked but all of the employees that I have encountered made up for bad equipment. I give the staff 5 STARS. Extremely kind, friendly, and overall helpful. The only reason I would rent from Budget again would be because of the staff.

Terrible experience. First the 12 foot truck that we reserved THREE WEEKS in advance was not available for us when it came time to move, so we were given a much larger truck instead. Take a look at the provided photo to see what that was like. Needless to say, we’ll be seeking a reimbursement for the extra insurance we were required to purchase as well as the difference in gas mileage. Then, when we got into Dallas at noon, we were told that we could not return the truck to this location because it was closed, but we couldn’t return the truck to a different, open location because “we need the truck here tomorrow morning.” Find another truck rental service!

Truck is filthy, Rivets missing from cab. Asked for an exchange. It was so bad that I decided to fly my wife back instead of subjecting her to this. None available. Could not use one of my CC because machine would not work. Last time for Budget Truck Rental for me. Only good thing was the guy was friendly. That is the one star.

I was hesitant to go with Budget truck after the negative reviews I saw for this location. But the help desk was easy to work with and had my truck waiting out front for me when I arrived. The rental agency also cut my base price down 60% after I found a better deal with another company. The cabins were a lot comfier than other trucks I've driven too.

If I could give them a negitive review I would! This place has been a compete nightmare. We had a reservation to return the car at 7 am and guess what no one is here to return the truck... Then when the guy finally shows up at 8 he gives us additude. What did we do wrong to deserve to be treated this way. He still refused to help us and stated drop the keys in the drop box. I am sure I am going to have to fight for days with them over the charges. I am so frustrated. Merry Christmas to us!

I will NEVER use this place again. Right now I am drafting a dispute letter to send to management and to my bank about charges etc. They over charged me for gas and changed the story three times on my stating that they can prove they filled it up. They have no proof that it was MY truck when i personally was with my son-in-law when we filled the truck up. I did the math myself and it is all inaccurate. We will never use this location ever again. Moving is stressful enough much less to try and rip people off. If I can give negative stars, i would.

Only giving a one star because I have to. The manager and employees are unable to do their jobs correctly. My husband spent an hour waiting before they said he couldn't get the truck we made a reservation for. Their system went down and they said they would not do a manual agreement. It shouldn't have taken that long for them to tell him. Then I had to drive 30 minutes back to get him. I called many numbers and had people hang up on me or transfer me to the wrong people. Finally they were going to lease us the truck for $80 more because they said it was our fault they had to cancel the first agreement. They would not give us the truck and said they wouldn't give us a refund if if the agreement was not cancelled. So how was it our fault? I finally got a hold of someone at Budget who told them to rent us the truck and they did the agreement for them. It took 2 hours to get a truck we made a reservation for and had to pay more for it. They are going to refund the extra we paid but we have to turn the truck in and call for it to be done so doubt that will happen. The customer service rep said he was not sure why they did this to us but not one person appologized. We had 3 hours to move someone in a bad situation out of their house and 2 was spent dealing with them. Budget should be ashamed of their employees.

AWESOME customer service!! Amber and Angela made us feel like we were very valuable customers from the start. Moving is already hard and stressful enough but they were so kind, helpful, and worked with us when we needed it the most!! The prices were very fair and the best value from all the other competitors. Also, we were given a complimentary ride back to our house once we dropped off the truck (thanks, Paul) I definitely recommend this location!!

I rented a truck from these guys in mid to late June. They failed to provide a lock for the door, so I was very unsettled to stay overnight on the road with all of my belongings so vulnerable. In addition, I thought that it was a fair price until I arrived and they forced me to purchase their additional insurance for over $100. They didn't tell me up front and it was Sunday so I couldn't call my car insurance. Customer service was meh. Would not recommend!
