Best car accessories store in McKinney, Texas (TX) 2024

I bought a new radiator for my vehicle a few months later it started leaking bad. I called to get one under warranty I was told it would be 3-5 days before they could get one in. I had already pulled the faulty radiator and asked if i could just get my money back and buy another radiator somewhere else being I need my truck daily, advanced auto parts told me they couldnt do that and i would have to wait for the other one to come in under warranty. I have multiple doctor visits I need to make and no way to get a ride to my appointments.... this is terrible customer service. ~Jason

Really great service. . .arrived on time for my appointment (the website was easy to use and set up a convenient time to visit), was welcomed and processed in quickly. While they said it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours, it only took 45 minutes and the installing tech took time to explain what we could and couldn't do with the new windshield before we left. Highly recommend! ~Rick
