This is one of the best auto shop there is. I found all the parts I was looking for my Lincoln MKX 2011. I bought front and rear caliper and they had them in shop. Also good customer service. Big up John in McKinney store

I bought a new radiator for my vehicle a few months later it started leaking bad. I called to get one under warranty I was told it would be 3-5 days before they could get one in. I had already pulled the faulty radiator and asked if i could just get my money back and buy another radiator somewhere else being I need my truck daily, advanced auto parts told me they couldnt do that and i would have to wait for the other one to come in under warranty. I have multiple doctor visits I need to make and no way to get a ride to my appointments.... this is terrible customer service.

I received fantastic customer service at this store. I had a dead battery one evening so I stopped here to buy a new one. The store employee (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) that helped me was very friendly and professional. He gave me a great price on a battery, carried it out to my truck (in the rain), carried the core back inside, and offered to loan me tools if I needed them. Excellent service!

Double check your receipts. Bought 3 items, all three charged where higher than what was stafes on the shelves. Wasn't impressed by the attitude when brought it to the attention of employee. Not sure how the system was mispricing everything when the data is entered centrally, but it sure didn't underprice anything.

I brought my battery that was under warranty to be replaced and they say that my name was not on the the system, when I told the guy that I will login to my account he says my name. I didn't provide my information. If you are looking for good service. This is not the place for you. Worse costumer service ever.

Needed wipe blades for my Audi A5. The first ones he tried did not fits so he tried another brand and they fit. Very pleased with the customer service and the expertise.

hey guys...fix your website. shows you close at 9pm on Wednesday night. it's 8:02pm and your doors are locked with people staring at me from the counter. I had an online order for in store pick up, guess I'll go across the street to Auto Zone, they are open until 10pm
