Pro tip: never get a haircut from Shrek's wife. She'll screw it up even if you give her a good photo and instructions. Everything about my haircut was screwed up and I have no intention of returning for another. I do not recommend coming unless you want a botched haircut. Edit: By "Shrek's Wife", I was referring to one of the barbers.

I went here after 6 months without a haircut. I was kinda hesitant to get a haircut, but I’m glad I got one here! Marilyn did an amazing job on my haircut. I would definitely be coming back, she took her time to trim my hair first rather than butchering it all with clippers. Nice workers there too everyone was friendly. Service: Haircut

I normally never complain but after debating and sleeping on it I needed to post my experience. This was my first and last time ever going to this place. I made an appointment the day before to be proactive. I came in for my appointment the next morning to find out they put me in for the wrong day so I had to wait an hour. Okay no big deal. I showed the stylist a picture of a cut and color I wanted (ombre effect). I specifically told her I'd rather stay longer and then we can adjust if needed later on, she agreed and acknowledged. Well first I can tell you not only did she cut too much I don't resemble the picture whatsoever. Then for the coloring, I've had lots of experience in salons and normally I am in and out with colorings in about 2 hours maybe 2.5hrs. I even checked with a sister because she also gets ombre style done mutiple times and she has much longer hair than me. I was in the chair for 6 hours! Not only was my cut nowhere close but my color was supposed to be ashy with a hint of blue. I came out completely blonde! I never expected perfection but at least close would have been nice. I kept my composure and paid and left. The stylist was very polite and nice however I am 100% disgusted with how I turned out. I will never step foot in a Supercuts ever again. The guy butchered my hair. Didn't compare lengths.. it was so hacked I had to go have it fixed right afterwards. I'm from out of state and had hoped to find a decent cut while visiting.. thinking the stylist would be better educated. Edited to add a response to the owner. While I appreciate an apology. The man should have NEVER been left alone to cut hair if he didn't know what he was doing. Its been 2 months.. I can't get this mess fixed unless I opt for a pixie cut. It was a poor decision to allow someone without experience on the floor alone. I would have more respect for someone that admits their limitations than someone willing to ruin a persons confidence and appearance. Service: Haircut

I've waited a few months to post this until we tried a similar establishment in Hudson Oaks area and for my boy's hair to grow out. The staff at this Supercuts is always nice, but there are better establishments of similar value in the local area. My boys have repeatedly had pretty awful hair cuts here on multiple occasions. One of my boys absolutely refuses to return, eventhough he doesn't pay for it. This past experience (a couple months ago) their hair was so uneven, I had to clean it up as best as I could when they got home. Again the staff here is always nice, the store is clean, but I would recommend other hair locations in Hudson Oaks. Service: Hairstyling

I work nearby and got to observe them preparing to re-open after the Covid shutdown. They really care about their customers and I was impressed with their dedication. Despite what must be a frustrating experience you would never know it from their smiles. A great group of people and atmosphere. They always do a great job with my Hair too. I've seen Abby, Heather and Rosa and never regretted it. You don't go wrong.
