I will not visit this shop again. I have been coming here for several years but the quality of cutting has become unacceptable. Even returning to have repairs made for a very poor cut was not satisfactory. On a positive note, this store does seem to have male cuts down to a fine science.

So my daughter and I went in for haircuts. Requested 2 1/2 inches straight across. Got about 3 1/2 inches or 4 inches off. Obviously was not straight across. Coincidentally we both got our left side chopped off crooked with two different stylist. Kind of difficult to get it fixed because then we will end up with even shorter hair. Not what we wanted. Well we wanted hair like the right side of our shoulder , not on the left side of our shoulder. We paid $22bucks for that haircut! Can’t tell when your hair is wet until you straighten it! She is in tears as she has an important confirmation event on Monday! We will never return to GreatClips again! Do better hiring! My stylus was busy talking to the receptionist about snowcones! Seriously they were discussing places and looking at the receptionist phone at snowcones! Yep that’s what she was doing! Service: Haircut

My son has always has a hard time with haircuts (he is 5yrs old). But Nikki was super professional and patient with him as she took her time and cut his hair (he even let her use the clippers!). I was pretty disappointed with my haircut after I got home and dried and styled my hair. It really looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist Nickole and it wasn't totally even. The whole cut took 10 minutes. I went straight back and explained my concern. A different stylist fixed the cut for me. She was patient and understanding. I didn't catch her name, but she spent more time on my hair than the first stylist did. I was really glad I went back and I'm really pleased with how my hair cut ended up.

Decent haircut, but they couldn’t do what I asked them to. The lady who gave me my haircut was provided information, and a photo, of what I wanted my hair to look like, and instead of doing what I asked, she just gave me a shorter version of what my hair already looked like. This is a great place for a trim or a very simple haircut, but anything more complicated than that, you probably won’t get. Even if you ask for something as simple as the sides and back to be tapered, it probably won’t happen. Service: Haircut

My hair is uneven & choppy looking. I was in the chair under 10 min. She didnt do as i wanted. When i said one side was longer than the other she said it was due to my hair having damage. It then was time to close and nothing was resolved. She said she had 32 years experience....musta meant minutes

Checked in online and showed up to get my hair trimmed. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and left in tears. I know my hair will grow back but I feel robbed of more than just my money, but my confidence as well. When I arrived I was helped by a nicer old lady. I showed her what I wanted qnd though she said she has never cut hair like that before was willing to try. Not soon after we started another of the hair dressers came over, rudely explained that what she was doing was wrong and I was told to move to another seat so she could do it. I was extremely reluctant but did as I was told. The lady was extremely rough when combing out my hair that my ears were visibly red when I left, which had my hair been cut the way I wanted shouldn't have left my ears to be seen much. I will warn people not to go to this location at all until the hair dressers show each other and their customers respect. I have attached a photo of me before and after the cut as well as a picture of what I wanted just to show how horrible of a job they did.

All the woman who work here are very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and there was no one here and the first thing they said was there was a 1 hour wait. I said that’s fine. I waited 10 minutes and my son was getting his haircut. As I sit and wait for him everyone else who is walking in to get a haircut is being told there’s a 2 hour wait and there just walking out the door. One man said ok will you call me when you’re ready and she said no! Then he said so I have to wait for two hours in here? She replied you’ll get a text. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service here is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the haircut was so rushed and poorly done. I had to ask her twice to fixed spots on my sons head. I’m looking for a regular place for me and my boys to get our haircuts. This is not the place. I well strongly recommend to everyone do not come here. The amount of attitude for customers and the low level haircuts that people are receiving it’s not worth it. Service: Haircut
