Prices are sometimes high here for used tires. I was in the business so I know what they are paying for them. In addition, there are usually fixes to the tires because the ones they are selling you have nails in them. The key is to negotiate and look closely at the tire treads to make sure there's no issue. The guys are nice, but in the end they should be more reasonable. ~Phillip

Kathy and Abe from start to finish were pretty impressive, very honest. They painted my new super snake hood and it came out impressive and superseded my expectations. They had to re-key my truck , and the key people delayed the key and Abe put my truck inside so it wouldn’t get vandalized , the tow truck damaged a tow hook from lifting it in the rear , and he called me himself and told me it was damaged in the process of keeping my truck safe. This is stand up, had it been another company , and it’s happened before , they usually don’t care or let you know. I would have never noticed it until weeks later and wondered how it happened. Point is they go above and beyond , and are HONEST. They made it right and I will use them and recommend them for all my auto paint and body needs in the future. ~michael

Integrity and sincerity are the traits I associate with Victory Lane Automotive. I have had my vehicle serviced here on several occasions and have always been pleased. Although not a gear head, I am conversant on maintenance and repairs of my jeep and at no point have I been charged a part or service that I did not need. A business relationship is built on trust and I have full confidence in all of the recommendations given to me by their staff. So even if you are not mechanically inclined, you can take your vehicle to Victory Lane Automotive and for once breath easy that the service and parts you are receiving are necessary. So my daughter and I went in for haircuts. Requested 2 1/2 inches straight across. Got about 3 1/2 inches or 4 inches off. Obviously was not straight across. Coincidentally we both got our left side chopped off crooked with two different stylist. Kind of difficult to get it fixed because then we will end up with even shorter hair. Not what we wanted. Well we wanted hair like the right side of our shoulder , not on the left side of our shoulder. We paid $22bucks for that haircut! Can’t tell when your hair is wet until you straighten it! She is in tears as she has an important confirmation event on Monday! We will never return to GreatClips again! Do better hiring! My stylus was busy talking to the receptionist about snowcones! It is my go to place. Convenient for me, I am in that plaza often enough. Clean, great service, priced on par with other nearby salons, friendly employees. But this last time I visited I got to see the coolest thing. Two old friends bumping into and finding each other again after 50 years apart. That is good juju! There was much happiness. I had transmission work done to my 2007 Cadillac Escalade in 2017 by Quality Care Automotive. I paid $2400 to have the transmission rebuild, well as least I thought. A few months later I was having the same issue. I contacted Quality Care Automotive to inform them I was having the same issue. They sent a flatbed truck to my home to pick up the vehicle, to reevaluate the issue. I receive a phone call, telling me it not a transmission problem, it is something electrical going on with the vehicle. I’m like okay, I just paid $2400 to find out its electrical. I was driving the vehicle every now and then but not far. At the time, I didn’t want to put more funds into vehicle right away so the vehicle set more than I drove it. I then get deployed and COVID hit, so I’m definitely not driving as much. Fast forward to 2022, as we move out of the pandemic, I decide to take my vehicle to a mechanic, and he tells me it is a transmission problem. I’m thinking how, this transmission only has 6000k miles. He tells me to take is back to Quality Care Automotive. I take it back to Quality Care Automotive to check it out. They call me the next day and tell me; it is definitely a transmission problem. We can fix the problem and honor the price you paid in 2017 which is $2400. To get the transmission fix at today’s price, it would be $3500. I asked why wasn’t if fixed the first time. Their response “Parts go bad”. This is why it is so hard to trust mechanics. Now, I’m thinking was anything ever done to my transmission. Maybe they didn’t drive it long enough to identify an issue and gave it back and said we replace you transmission or maybe they used use parts to fix my transmission. I’ll never know. Definitely wouldn’t go back to this shop and blow $2400 Service: Transmission replacement ~Tobby

The only reason I still go to this planet fitness is because of Jason who works overnight! He definitely takes pride in his job and has an incredible work ethic. Stuff is always clean and stocked up when he works. I have no clue how he isn’t a manager at this location yet but that’s definitely a poor decision on managements part. He is such an asset and hard worker. I can tell the days he’s not working because the paper towel dispensers and sanitizing bottles are empty and the women’s restroom is not cleaned. Jason makes it a point to welcome me in and I feel much safer when he’s working. ~Julia
