Abe fixed my son’s suv. Had a leak in the roof. The insurance based collision repair shop wanted to replace the entire roof. Abe was able to fix it for much less.

Kathy and Abe from start to finish were pretty impressive, very honest. They painted my new super snake hood and it came out impressive and superseded my expectations. They had to re-key my truck , and the key people delayed the key and Abe put my truck inside so it wouldn’t get vandalized , the tow truck damaged a tow hook from lifting it in the rear , and he called me himself and told me it was damaged in the process of keeping my truck safe. This is stand up, had it been another company , and it’s happened before , they usually don’t care or let you know. I would have never noticed it until weeks later and wondered how it happened. Point is they go above and beyond , and are HONEST. They made it right and I will use them and recommend them for all my auto paint and body needs in the future.

I am thrilled with my experience at Abe's. The woman who works the front counter, Kathy, is a sweetheart. She worked so hard to get me an affordable price. Dealing with her was like working with an old friend. I had brought in a car that my daughter wrecked and was paying out of pocket, so I wanted the repairs to be as inexpensive as possible. She gave me two quotes, one best case and one worst case scenario. The final bill came in under the best case scenario. They didn't do extra work because they could or to drive up the bill. They cared about me as a customer and did what was best for me. Honesty of this caliber is hard to find in the automotive repair industry. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will ABSOLUTELY go to Abe's again. Service: Body & Trim

We had our suv repainted in areas where the paint came off and areas where the paint had oxidized. They did a fabulous job. It looks like new again. As we picked that vehicle, we decided to drop off another one to get the bumper fixed up and painted plus, get the rocker panel reattached. They are very nice, friendly and have good prices. They have been in Universal City for many years but, this is this first time we've needed any work of this type done. The quality is superb. Friends of mine have also had their vehicles fully repainted. We are beyond satisfied customer. I rate them from 1-10, I give them a 100. Thank you Abe's for great service and beautiful work on our cars!!

I had vehicles worked on with minor imperfections and they did a good job. I took my son’s truck and my truck for a full paint job. At first glance they did a good job but after washing and detailing our trucks we saw where they cut several corner. Broken pieces being held by double sided tape, they painted over rubber trim, the roof began to fade after two years so I took it to get repainted and was told they only used one coat of paint and clear and that is why it faded so quick. I didn’t take my truck back because I lost all trust in them. What else will they do yo my truck once it is out of my sight. Took my business to another paint and body shop. So disappointed with Abe’s paint and body. A one star rating is too generous. Service: Painting

Stopped in today to get an estimate to repair a "chipped" area on my rear driver side door that was caused by my son. I was helped by Miss Kathy who was very kind and took the time to walk me through the estimate/painting process. I couldn't be happier with the quote and I can't wait to see the finished product when they are done. I appreciate the honestly and fairness from the onset and will recommend this shop to anyone I know looking for this sort of work done by great people at a more than fair price. VETERAN FRIENDLY AS WELL! 🇺🇸

I went to get a estimate on my vehicle and was very impressed with the service. Kathy was professional on the estimate and wasn’t scared to get her hands dirty while checking the damage on my vehicle. I would recommend to take your vehicle to Abe’s Body and paint for your vehicle body repairs and estimates. They are trustworthy and reliable.

I could write an essay about this place and their short comings. From having my vehicle a month longer than quoted to putting the car back together wrong. Overspray all over, broke one of my headlights, painted rubber pieces that weren't supposed to be painted, lost door trim from incorrect installation, and they gave my car back with a flat tire from a nail in work area. To add insult, the owner tried to bully me into paying for my own rental car when I dropped my car off to have all of the discrepancies fixed. There's plenty of body shops out there that will do an honest job. This isn't one of them.

I love these people. They did an excellent job on my little Kia Soul. My husband used to own a paint & body shop in Austin so I figured he would surely find something wrong with the paint job, but even he was extremely impressed. Added bonus, Kathy (the receptionist) is such a sweetheart.

I am so happy to have gone here to get my car fixed! I got into a little fender bender at the beginning of May and finally had a chance to take my car to get fixed. As soon as I for there, the took a look at my car, explained they type of damage and gave me a free quote, which was about 200 dollars less than my insurance quoted me. Based on how nice, professional and knowledgeable they were, I decided to go ahead and get it fixed by them. The repair only took 2½ days to do (initially it was just 1, but the next day, a representative called me and let me know know that it would take a couple more days (which I appreciate because they were being thorough). Finally, I went to pick my car up, and it looks great! They replaced the bumper and repainted it, and included a complementary wash. And the job included a lifetime warranty on the paint. I can't express how appreciative I am to this business. I highly recommend it.
