Been here more than once. I come back because they do good work. They were backed up this year and got me in for an emergency repair. Not a lot of businesses treat their customers right. Texas Custom Coach is one of those places that does.

April 27, 2021 SUMMARY: AAAAA+++++ Fixed Slide Room issue - I was first time customer Take your coach to TCC if you want it done right at a price you can afford. DETAILS: (Newell Coach #590) We live in Houston and had "camped" at Buckhorn Lake RV Resort in Kerrville, Texas. I noticed that the inflatable slide room seals (like big bicycle tires) had not inflated to keep the outside elements where they belong - "outside" while we were camped. Rain was in the forecast - did not want to have a leaky slide. A series of quick calls to mobile RV repair services listed in the Buckhorn directory failed to find anyone either available, or capable of working on the HWH slide room mechanism. I found Texas Custom Coach in Pipe Creek, Texas located about 50 miles away (near Bandera, Texas). The Owner, Dave, said to come on by - they were comfortable doing this type of work on a Prevost or Newell. He did not know if they would be able to fix my problem or not - they were really busy. He said that his tech - Steve - would take a look at the issue and let me know what he thought the problem might be. We rolled in without an appointment. They fixed my out of adjustment air inflation valve in 10 minutes. Steve double checked all of the functions of the two slides involved, and they worked great ! Previously I took this coach back to the factory in Oklahoma for upgrades and general maintenance. They offered no solution for the back HWH valve part which Steve diagnosed and fixed in ten minutes in the parking lot on a rainy day! I am now a 100% TCC client due to their results. I came up with a list of deferred maintenance issues for TCC to tackle on a scheduled basis next month or so. Once the parts arrive, I will make the trip back to Pipe Creek, Texas so TCC can do the work instead of the other "rip off" RV places found in Harris County. Texas Custom Coach installed new vinyl plank floors in our motor home. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Our coach is our home, and we were made comfortable while "camping" at their shop. The level of confidence during the entire process was refreshing, as there was no pressure or sales pitch at all. VERY happy with the results!

I had some body work that needed to be done to our 2014 Class A coach. I had used Texas Custom Coach in the past for things such as Aqua Hot, A/C, scheduled maintenance etc and they have always done a great job so why not let them do the body/fiberglass and paint work. They began working on my coach the day it arrived, not like some others that have your RV sit for a week or more until they have time to get to it. When I picked up the RV it looked like new. Even knowing exactly where the damage was, I couldn't tell it had ever been wrecked. Best of all, they worked very well with my insurance company so it was a very very easy process. I highly encourage you that if you are within a few days drive of Texas Custom Coach you set up an appointment to have them complete any work you may need done, and want done right! Have made 2 visits to TCC - one for replacement installation of A/C/heat pump and 2nd visit for bedroom slide issue. Michael the service manager and his techs are top-notch and get the job done right at an affordable price. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work to be done on their RV.

made an appointment.got there they diagnosed problem contacted my service contract company, did the repair and we were on the way. Least expensive rv repair shop I have been to in ten years. Good job guys

These guys are the best around bar none. I've had my rig serviced twice with them and am always extremely pleased with the service, speed, and price. Don't waste your time dealing with any other RV service center. Texas Custom Coach is the best.

What an incredible place. My RV was driven there by Dave himself for rear damage. I met the body man Michael and Amanda, the body paint expert. They handled everything. Fixed my RV better than original. Fellow RVers, take your RV there. You won't regret it.
