I just tried to have a conversation with Mr. Kermit Williams regarding a price for storing a 24' fully enclosed trailer. While his first, although indirect attempt to dissuade me using his facility, was heard loud and clear that this is strictly a Boat and RV facility, not for a box trailer, he continued to ask what I would use the trailer for and to talk about commercial applications not being ideal. I told him this was a family/personal use trailer used for beach activities (hauling beach gear, tents, kids toys, maybe a golf cart in the future?) he continued to cut me off and say that if I were going to use it to store kayak rentals or build things in or come into the facility once a day I may want to look somewhere else. I again explained to him that it was not a commercial application, strictly personal, and he yet again told me having a commercial item in his facility was not a good idea. I eventually had to cut him off, tell him he apparently was not listening to me, but that he made it very apparent this was not the place for me, thanks and hung up. I understood from his first statement and was ready to go on my way, but you drug it on not listening to a word I was saying. I would have left the conversation perfectly fine, maybe thinking you were a little pretentious and not very practical in your selectivity, but ultimately its your business. Just do not be so rude to keep asking me questions then act like I am lying to you about wanting to use your facility to store a commercial trailer.
