They are the best. Great service. What I love about this place is their HONESTY. Have known them for many years, and very consistent in how they do business. Great family owned business. Chris (owner) passed on recently, but his son, daughter and wife continue to run this place in very same way as they were already involved. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them.

Got there at 340 checked in 1 other person ahead of me. Came in for a simple oil change and inspection. Almost 2hrs waiting. After oil change truck sat outside waiting for inspection and 3 other cars were inspected. Wait time was insane for a shop that was not that busy. 1st and last time here. Was trying to find a good auto shop for my cars.

Got a oil change last week on my F350 Diesil. They put the wrong oil filter on. Day later. Cost me $110 in Uber fees, $250 tow bill to Texas diesil specialist shop for diagnostics, $200 dollars at diesil shop, $500 for rental car and their $100 plus charge for the oil change at GP. John said they would refund me for the cost of the oil filter only. Go ahead and take the extremely expensive risk if you wish for something as simple as a oil change. I’d do it myself if I wasn’t traveling. Consider yourself warned. $1160.00 oil change thanks so much. You should be shut down immediately. Service: Oil change

Waited over 2.5 hours for an oil change. Was told it would be 45 min wait. People showed up after me got serviced before me and one of them was an oil change as well. Either there was lack of communication between the employees or the time the told we was incorrect from the beginning. Either way it was very frustrating. Service: Oil change
