Bought a used Dodge Caravan 18 months ago from Taggart Motors. Jacob was the salesperson and went above and beyond to make the sale enjoyable, no high pressure sales. Iam more than pleased with the vehicle. However, recently a tapping noise developed from the engine. Since I had a 48 months warranty, took it to them for repair. They worked with the warranty company to get repairs done, unfortunately had to take the Caravan to a Dodge Dealership for repairs. The Service adviser and Service Manager were great in keeping me informed evey step of the way. Would highly recommend this dealership if shopping for a quality pre-owned vehicle.

Taggart was recommended to me by a coworker who is a Portland native. I am not from the area and needed a great mechanic. He did not steer me wrong! Really reasonable prices. Always deliver what they promise. I have never had a problem with any of their work. Ask for hunter!

Unexpectedly finding ourselves in need of an enclosed trailer, we traveled to nearby Corpus Christi. We discovered internet searches produced inaccurate information as two lots we visited did NOT have any trailers in their inventory. Exasperated, I called Taggart's and inquired if the information on their website was correct and I was kindly assured it was. We left Corpus and headed into Portland, hoping we had not been led astray. Upon arrival we could see an array of trailers and quickly received help from a sales rep. After considering three different trailers we selected one and made our purchase. Our sales rep, Hunter, and the manager, Pat, both gave us calls when we were nearly 1000 miles into our first towing journey to see how the trailer was performing as well as to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The entire experience was low pressure and painless. The staff seems genuine in their desire to keep their customer happy even after the sale. I have no doubt their commitment to the customer does not begin and end with trailer sales but with all they do; as a result I would be comfortable recommending Taggart's for any service or product they provide.

They came back with a crazy quote for parts and labor. I called the Taggart service department and they quoted me a much lower price. I was skeptical but really had no choice. As you can see, I wanted to give it some time before commenting to see how my truck does. So here is my review, their service Department was friendly, honest and informative. I told them I was in town all week so no need to rush. (they had it ready in two days) And they saved me nearly 1000.00$. So to sum it up, Great people Great service and I would recommend them to anyone!
