Several years ago my wife was on a solo trip from the Seattle area to the DFW area and was passing through Stratford when the fuel pump on our 2002 Suburban quit working. The team at Duncan order the part, arranged for lodging, and had her back on the road the next day. Fast-forward to May 2022 my wife and I were on a relocation journey from Seattle to DFW and had a flat tire on the same 2002 Suburban. The back of the Suburban was loaded to the roof with heavy household items. Basically the tools AAA would need to change the tire we buried under 1/4 ton of "stuff". Even though it was after hours the service team at Duncan gave us a set of used tools and almost as important, a friendly face. These guys are awesome.

Shout out to the guys in the service department for helping my daughter last week with a flat tire at the end of the day! Everyone was so kind and got her back on the road safely. Appreciate it more than you all know and it won’t be forgotten!

AC Contreras was excellent from the time we place the order for the 2022 Chev Tahoe to assisting in getting us top dollar for our trade in. This was our fourth time to purchase with AC, he is a valued resource when thinking about a car purchase. He deserves a raise or a paid vacation!!

Ac did a really good job with helping me get my first vehicle, a Trax to help me build up my credit, he gave me advice that worked. We later traded the Trax in for a pickup and we can not be any happier with what he found for us. In the next two yrs we will return to buy my sons a vehicle from there.

Started my search in Maine for a 2020 Silverado HD and was incredibly disappointed by the variety in the whole start let alone locally. Feeling a bit discouraged, I used the Chevy.com website to search a bit further and started seeing great trucks and a lot better prices! So I figured if I could find one anywhere in the US for less than locally, I could justify having it brought to Maine. I found the exact truck I wanted in VA, only to have 4 other people lined up to buy it. I then found one other just like it on it's way to the guys at Duncan Chevrolet and called to see if we could start the process even though they didn't have it in possession yet. I was greeted by the great AC who said absolutely! (Other dealers had told me no, which I found ridiculous). There's much more to the story of getting this awesome truck from an even more awesome dealership all the way up to Maine but I'll sum it up by saying I wouldn't change a thing about my experience. Frank, AC and everyone else involved have been the absolute best! I've yet to have another experience buying a vehicle be even half as pleasant. 2020 has been a terrible year but these folks made sure it ended on a fantastic note for me and just in time to go on a moose hunt with my family the day it was delivered! Thanks again everyone! I recommend you folks to everyone here in Maine that asks me were I got my beast from and can say I probably won't buy another truck in my own state.

Very helpful, polite, and curious, but also very over priced. Edited to add: The picture attached was taken when we visited Duncan Chevrolet on October 9th 2020. This is just one of the few I viewed that day. I'm not sure why my review JUST posted, however, I will say I'm quiet fair with all of my reviews.
