Before I went to orr I had talked to serval ppl and I was told to come in because Steve had sent serval offers to me for my trade in , yes and Before I went i told them i had poor credit , even then I was told to come in because I could use mine as a trade in and didn't have to have down payment ! long story short I left driving my car home because they also wanted a 1000.00 down and the Dodge they wanted to put me in was damaged , I wasn't happy with what (he) had chosen for me.. The one I had originally picked out he said he couldn't do it in my price range but actually it was cheaper than the other one.. Thank goodness I wasn't approved 410.00 a month for 72 months just do the math always read the fine print before you sign any paperwork.. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I hope Steve will see this and know that what I was told and what was done was very wrong on the guy that was giving orders.. the salesman was super nice.

Do not ever buy a used vehicle from them they will run your credit like 20 times and they will kill you on the price your better off going to a buy here pay here or carvana .

The service department does the bare minimum. I took my 2021 Silverado with 27k miles in for an engine light due to lifters. They said they didn’t have any courtesy vehicles which is fine. They didn’t tell me that they could reimburse me for a rental had I gotten one. I looked it up myself and then called to verify. Kurt said they could do $43 per day so I called around to see what I could get for a rental. Cheapest option was like $70. I called him back and told him and he said $43 was the best he could do. I then asked to talk to whoever was above him and within seconds he was able to do $70. Just very scammy. Will not recommend the service department. My wife bought a new Honda from Denise. Highly recommend her

Staff you see seems nice and helpful so it must be management. I have fought over 20 new cars in my life time of many makes and model but after my experiences with my 2020 Silverado and Orr maintenance or lack there is no way I would ever buy anything from Orr if you need warranty service there are no liners for months and if you want to get service done expect weeks to be scheduled to be put in line and possibly go days or weeks without your car. And when you get maintainer done you better inspect it cause I had a purge pump replaced and since I couldn’t get in within weeks I had another shop do it when they got to it they identified it was missing a bolt and the plug was broken when Orr replaced it. When spoke with service manager I was told nothing they could do since they didn’t do it this time. SMH anything Orr I will never do.

I have always gone to them due to the nice people and amazing customer service they have. Today was my last time going there!! I was literally kicked out of of or Chevrolet by MARK STEPHENS due to my 2 year old who was crying the entire time. Over some candy i did not want to buy him. I do not allow my kids to have candy and my kid has Asperger's Syndrome after telling that to Mark Stephens he still threaten to call CPS and kicked me out. He basically did not want my money! That will be the last time that i will ever go there!!
