Trying to build my dog a house the guy that does it is at lunch so lady calls he don't answer. So I said ok. So I decide to walk around so I go to diff customer desk to leave a message because he has the floor plan and this is his specialty so I tell them m trying to build a dog house and I need to leave a message for Kevin. Then one guy say Kevin tall guy I'm like I guess he said he is back from lunch so I'm like okay no body not going to check...then lady ask what do you want to tell him...ma'am I'm trying to build a dog house that's why I'm here...smh...

On our way home we stopped to get some supplies and the folks at Low’s help us get all we needed plus gave us some more things all for free. The employees were so amazing and helpful. If I could give a zero I would. Ordered on line, worst experience ever! Ordered three times, to try and get it right. Then they canceled it at 12:19 am just a day before delivery. They wasted over a month of my time waiting and 8 hours on the phone to trying to fix online orders 5 times, screwing it up! A month! I'm done with the ineptitude. And they were very nice while screwing me over!

Brit with the pro service department was great. He helped my husband and I find the paint order we were there to pick up. He never gave up trying to find it and was finally able to find it. Thanks Brit for great customer service.

This place is a joke! You can never get any help from anyone. Went to buy a $700.00 Pitboss grill. Asked for someone to unlock grills to get one. Wait 30 minutes and walk up to guy and ask if they have anyone with a key to the grills. He wants to get smart with me and say I was just out there unlocking one. Real funny didn't see you the whole time was out there, but you can keep your grill!

This extends all the way up to management. Instead of directing you to someone who can help, if it's not their department, that's what they say and leave you standing there. Most employees have very little knowledge of what they even sell. There are exceptions, but they are few. In all fairness, kudos to Charlie, Britt, Shirley, Casey, Sarah, Lou, and Autumn. They are exceptional. But, If you call for the customer service, there is no extension to them. You end up with a random department like flooring or a call center somewhere. If you register a complaint, you never get that call back from their "resolution" team. It's no longer a customer oriented business. It's an I'm here for the paycheck, take it or leave it, and they really DO NOT CARE if you do.
